Slow, buggy

What do you like best about the product?
It worked great to prevent data from disappearing as well as creating more time to get coffee. However their support was good at passing issues to developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it slowed down the machines so much that it made them unusable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you fully evaluate multiple products from different vendors before signing a contract. Make sure you evaluate it
