Terminator of DLP
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible rule set is most useful feature of the product. You can touch every granular points with this DLP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turkish pre-defined data types is missing. But It is new in Turkish market. I believe that would be enhanced by the engineerings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide OS deployment support solved our enterprise DLP strategy. Moreover It make content filtering according to content and context then classify captured data that you want to whatever. Make it easy to put metadata on going DLP lifecycle and you can design the DLP rules according to only metadata levels. This method provides you better DLP strategy without false-positives.
Great support and communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Digital Guardian has release notes and releases on the front page of the Support page. The documentation is also relatively straightforward, but support is there to assist if any issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently it seems to be affecting other applications, such as CyberArk and Crowdstrike, but we are in the process of getting those issues resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm more on the package creation, deployment and troubleshooting side. So I am not necessarily aware of the use case for this specific product's benefits for our company.
Digital guardian platform is helpful to communicate with the vendor so easily
What do you like best about the product?
Vendor communication gets easier. Timely updates for the escalation raised by us. Multiple training videos to help us understand the concepts in details. Very good
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing big files is not possible. Can't directly communicate with engineering team. Vendor responses are spreaded over multiple posts every time they response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple product related issues, agent related interruptions raised by internal support team, performance related issues faced by dg agent by users. Working with vendor increases knowledge

What do you like best about the product?
I like the contextual approach instead of the content approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of rules or policies is not something we do ourselves through the MSP offering.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the number of features that Digital Guardian has to offer and its detailed reporting capabilities. The platform provides granular control and insight into assets that can be used to take various actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern with Digital Guardian was the support that was offered. In some cases, I suggested a potential cause of an issue months before the agent acknowledged it and went down that path. In another instance, the issue went unresolved for months until the engineering team could review and provide a fix. Sometimes it was challenging to get the level of support required to resolve an issue promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the ways we use Digital Guardian is for USB blocking. DG is an adaptive tool that allows us to effectively implement this block without affecting permitted peripherals (i.e., wireless keyboards) and provides an easy mechanism to implement exceptions.

Slightly disappointed with the user interface and navigation.

The platform is not intuitive and requires extensive testing before deploying in an enterprise environment.
