What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline Management and Deal Tracking - so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics and Reporting not so easy to use...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal forecasting and having visibility into the different stages of each deal in pipeline.
HubSpot is all around the greatest platform for all your CRM and marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our sales team to do their work best. it is easy to use and easy to implement. the customer service team is always there to support you. Our sales team use the tool daily. it allows to automate the work and allows the team to focus on building the relationships rather than focusing on manual data entry. it integrates with tools you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the tool can be a limitation if working with smaller budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows the teams to build relationships and close the deals faster. the team uses the tool to automate communication, move the deals through the pipeline faster.
Easy to use CRM for Medium Sized Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive for both the user side as well as the admin side. Recent developments on the sales side (amongst other things including a separate lead flow) really help to make the platform better usable for more sophisticated sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the reporting in Hubspot Sales Hub can be improved, as well as the available lead rotation functionality. The reporting really misses some good historical reporting. The lead rotation is sometimes difficult to get a grip on when people are on holiday, or when changes are to be made due to new hires or leavers, as this completely resets any existing rotation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our source of truth for the GTM teams, so marketing sales and customer success. The sales hub gives us complete insights into both our new business as our renewal deals.

Sales Hubspot is the best, it has the very user friendly interface which is easy to use and setup. Sales hubspot can seamlessly be integrated with service and marketing tools. It has a great features of meeting scheduling, tasks automation, email tracking.

It is working as per expectation hence nothing to dislike

Sales hubspot is one of the best platform. It helped us in various ways like bring scattered and disorganized data in one centralization.

Being able to have everything at one place.

Sometimes the platform is slow and doesn't show results.

A simple and a very easy to use tool with not a long learning curve

- The tool is beautifully designed and is very simple to use. The sales pipeline view is the best way to see every deal we are working on on a daily basis. The implementation of AI has helped slightly

- Reporting can be improved considerably and also made easy. It is hard to create simple reports and I personally feel, it is vert complex
- I sometimes feel the platform might be slowing down even with a powerful laptop with the best specs

- I am part of the sales team and just gives a detailed view of my pipeline and managing a pipeline is the biggest problem it is solving me today

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it combines powerful sales tools with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that makes managing the entire sales process seamless. Its integration with HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing Hub creates a unified ecosystem where teams can collaborate effortlessly, track deals in real time, and automate repetitive tasks like follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that while it offers a robust set of features, many of the most valuable tools like advanced automation, custom reporting, and A/B testing are locked behind expensive higher-tier plans. This can make scaling costly, especially for small businesses or startups. The pricing structure is also complex and can be confusing, with additional costs for extra users and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub tackles everyday sales headaches with a super handy CRM and smart sequence tools that make managing leads and outreach way easier. The CRM pulls all your contact info into one place, tracks every interaction, and keeps your pipeline organized so you can stay on top of deals without juggling spreadsheets or switching between tools. It gives you a clear picture of who you’re talking to and where things stand. The sequence feature takes things up a notch by automating follow-ups—sending out emails, setting task reminders, and even nudging you to connect on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature to customize each and everything like, Fields, Pipelines, Stages, Deals, ROI Tracking, Sequences for Outreach, Automations and many more extra features.
Importantly the Integration with other solutions like Zapier, Apollo, Emailable makes the things lot easier.
The convenience hubspot offers with SSO and easy navigation of every menu offering exciting workflows and sequences reduces a lot of manual work. For me the most important is the use of sequences and how I don't need to do any manual follow ups.

What do you dislike about the product?
For me there are not particularly any downside of the I use hubspot for my everyday tasks on daily basis. I would love to have whatsapp business also tracked as the email is tracked and integrated in hubspot and records all the activities in the very organized way.
As a sales person we communicate in Linkedin, Whatsapp, Teams, Email and keeping track of every conversation might be lacking. But I am not sure, I havenot expolored that feature yet. It might be there, but I am not aware.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly is the data visibility. There are lot hubspot has solved for us, I will highlight the best three:
1. Our team used to find leads and connects with them. Initially we had a problem that same lead was repeatedly reached out by different team members. Later when Hubspot came, we were able to see what was the latest communication, whats' the stage of lead, when was the lead last reached and many insights that helped our team to filter the leads.
2. I was reaching out to 50-60 leads in a day via email and the task was next day I had to again follow-up them. It was always a headache. But now with hubspot sequences, I have created many sequences with different templates with personalization tokens which has handled all my reachout emails. Just add the contact, enroll in sequence.
3. Next thing that hubspot made me easier was with the Apollo Integration, initially we use to copy the emails via Apollo and create contact. Either we need to copy all the details and add in the fields of hubspot. A lot of manual task. Later I integrated with Apollo a very quick and easy integration which creates contacts with all the details instantly. Then I just have to enroll it in the sequence.

Hubspot the Go to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hotspot is very easy to use CRM, the integration and everything about it is perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
Hotspot cadence need more enhancement in terms of accessibility and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a go to CRM for me to have all the data stored in one place, doing my daily task and sending out sequence.
Great CRM for SMEs

Order, integrations, use of AI, personalisation, UX, GDPR compliance
What do you dislike about the product?
Still limited for enterprise users, extension is not working properly with Outlook (but with Gmail is ok)

Organise information and keep track of activities with prospects and leads, data analysis and statistics to improve overall performance, multiplatform integration
