A Sisyphean Task of Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It holds information. It seems like it has a lot of functions

It requires a very knowledgeable development team. Especially if switching from a different CRM.

It is very versatile and easy to use. I've used multiple CRM's in the past and this is leaps and bounds ahead of them.

I'd like a little more customisability in the workflow section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All Sales teams need a CRM, this is the best one I have used as it doesn't feel like I'm spending more time keeping it clean than I am actually enabling sales processes
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and set up, with the added integration into outlook its easy and convenient (when its working) to see email trails between the team to customers allowing us to pick up on work should someone be off or know where we are with projects
What do you dislike about the product?
the intergrations dont always work, which is frustrating or it logs out constantly.
sometimes Hubspot sales can to be clever - we have 100+ duplicated companies where it adds it from an email thinking its a different company when it isnt - trying to merge/review these is very time consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything in one place - ease of tracking emails/calls etc to know where the team are/discussions had etc with customers. easy to pick up when they are off.

We track every customers requirements ,call aligment,keeping up with tasks, reminders also use emails and cadences all at one place and very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
My HubSpot Sales Hub is super intuitive and great at managing pipelines, automating tasks, and keeping everything in one place. Their new AI assistant, Breeze, is a great add; it helps summarize my calls, draft emails, and suggest next steps, which really boosts my productivity by reduces time to find the most relevant information in a lead/deal.
Reporting is clean and easy to use, though some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans.
Overall, if you're looking for a sales tool that's user-friendly and evolving fast with AI, HubSpot is definitely worth checking out in my opinion.

It’s not a full AI co-pilot yet, but it’s a solid start and already saves time. I'm excited to see what they are going to build in the coming days.

Before using HubSpot, tracking deal progress, follow-ups, and communication across multiple tools was messy and time-consuming. Now, everything’s centralized from emails, calls, tasks, and deal stages, making it much easier to stay organized and responsive.
The automation features save time on repetitive tasks like follow-ups and task creation, while the AI assistant adds even more value by summarizing calls and suggesting next steps. This not only boosts productivity but also helps ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
The built-in analytics and reporting give clear visibility into sales performance, helping make data-driven decisions without needing external tools.
Overall, HubSpot has improved my daily workflow, reduced manual work, and made my sales process more consistent and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a dashboard that is live upon a refresh of all of the team’s work for the day in a bar graph format is extremely handy. The ability to start tasks and continue them seamlessly is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the massive amount of data, the system is often slow to load. Even with a brand new computer. It must take a very strong internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not as archaic as salesforce but has all of the greatness of it combined with a cold calling setup that is as effective as gong.io. Instead of having multiple softwares open you can do it all in one place.

It's simple and functional. I like that BreezeAI really makes a difference with crafting subject lines and content that's sharp and tailored for viewability.

sending personalized email to multiple segments at once is a challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales hub is easy to use, intuitive, and works the way I need it to work consistently. It also easily integrates with our tech stack.

Sometimes it's integration with AirCall isn't great, but overall, I recommend this CRM.

Bridges the gap well between a sales orientated CRM and Marketing capability. Good rolled up forecasting capability that makes it easy and clear to manage pipeline, excellent UI vs. other CRM's that we've used.

Automated attribution of contacts/leads to companies/accounts is lacking which cause some complexity. So far, Hubspot AI has not been powerful but assume this will develop over time.

Customization options, especially for reporting and dashboards, can feel a bit limited compared to other CRMs. Also, while integrations are generally smooth, a few tools require third-party connectors or manual workarounds for full syncing.

HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us solve the problem of scattered sales processes and lack of visibility across the team. Before, tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal stages was manual and inconsistent. Now, everything is centralized, automated, and easy to manage.
It’s improved our response times, follow-up consistency, and overall team productivity. The real-time tracking of emails and activities ensures we never miss an opportunity, while the pipeline view gives us clear insight into what’s moving and what needs attention.
