What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the ability to house everything within one space instead of having to connect it from multiple data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things dont connect properly, but that is easily fixed via workflows and automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Hub helps solve the handoff and prospecting process that used to exist across multiple platforms. You can do everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it is to manage the entire sales pipeline in one place. The automation features save a lot of time on follow-ups, and the email tracking and task reminders help me stay on top of every lead. It’s user-friendly, customizable which makes my workflow much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. It’s been smooth, reliable, and fits well with my daily sales workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of managing multiple leads and sales activities in one place. It automates follow-ups and reminders, helping me stay organized and close deals faster. This boosts my productivity and ensures no opportunity slips through the cracks.

That some APis don’t work with Hubspot yet

It has helped to have everything in one pot. Having this CrM is amazing as you can create many automations to make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I value the possibility of integrating HubSpot Sales Hub with Gmail, as all the conversations I generate via email are automatically cloned to the system, saving time by not having to manually log multiple interactions. I also admire the creation and automation of communication workflows, which helps me organize my day and the messages I need to send, especially to inactive contact bases. The ease of use of the system is something I really like, being very user-friendly and intuitive in its handling. Additionally, the initial setup of HubSpot Sales Hub was easy, which allowed me to start using it quickly without complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there could be a more functional AI that understands my usage patterns and suggests some automations where my supervision is not needed to check if everything is correct. I would also like to see improvements in the sending of automatic follow-up emails, automatic completion of finished tasks, and the creation of potential client lists using artificial intelligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub organizes my sales funnel, communication history, and tasks, improving the management of leads and prospects. The integrations with Gmail and communication automation workflows save time, allowing focus on reactivating inactive bases.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in sales, it's been a lifesaver to keep everything organized, while still giving me the flexibility to make quick changes when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, but one area for improvement could be adding more automation when creating tasks, so users don’t have to fill in all the fields manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped eliminate a lot of the manual work involved in tracking my daily activities and long-term data. The reporting feature makes it easy to understand everything at a glance. It’s where all my data lives, I honestly can’t imagine how time-consuming things would be without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and intuitive interface make it incredibly simple to manage my sales outreach. I especially appreciate the Sequences feature, which helps streamline follow-ups and improve response rates. The CRM is well-structured, and the ability to track emails, schedule meetings, and automate parts of the sales process really boosts productivity. Integration with Gmail and the visibility into engagement metrics are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very useful, high-volume outreach sometimes leads to email deliverability issues, including potential spam flagging. It would be great if there were more built-in safeguards or recommendations to prevent this. Additionally, some of the reporting tools could be more customizable, especially when dealing with complex sales pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps centralize my outreach efforts, making it much easier to manage follow-ups at scale without letting leads fall through the cracks. The automation tools, especially Sequences and meeting links, save significant time and reduce manual work. It also solves the problem of scattered communications by keeping all interactions logged and accessible in one place. This has led to better organization, higher engagement rates, and improved visibility into what’s working and what’s not in our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives us the ability to create lists, run sequences, build reports from scratch, and add custom fields effortlessly. It serves as a central hub where we can access companies, contacts, emails, calls—everything in one place.

One standout feature is its duplicate detection for companies and contacts, allowing us to merge records seamlessly. Their 24/7 customer support via chat and call has been extremely reliable.

Our operations team has been using HubSpot daily for over two years. It integrates smoothly with all major databases and LinkedIn. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, quick to implement, and makes our day-to-day work significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to Dislike when you have a platform like HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping in our day-to-day Operations and sending reports to teams and building custom reports, and helping us to manage our Inbound Leads and Outbound Leads. Running Email Campaigns for Events. We can see how sales representatives are doing their outreach and common CRM for the Information and Customer Database. Custom fields creation for our flexibility and the Use of Data Points for building custom reports and usage of HubSpot make our Sales and Marketing life way easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales workspace organizes everything our sales team needs to track in one place. Reducing the need for multiple reports and dashboards. Lead routing and tracking has become more streamlines using the lead object.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity filtering can be difficult when you want to get specific. Between HubSpot objects the filtering capabilities are not consistent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to track contacts -> leads-> deals. We have visibility into the stats we need to hold the sales team accountable
