What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a total game-changer for how I manage my workload. As someone juggling multiple customer touchpoints and internal tasks daily, I needed a tool that wouldn’t just store data—but actually work for me.
HubSpot helps me stay on top of everything with minimal effort. I no longer waste time digging through emails, spreadsheets, or random notes. Tasks, follow-ups, and customer details are all organized in one place, and the automated reminders mean nothing slips through the cracks.
It’s easy to learn, easy to use, and honestly kind of addictive once you realize how much smoother your day can be. I save hours each week just by not having to chase down information or manually log activity.
If your workday is feeling chaotic, this is the kind of platform that brings structure without adding complexity. Highly recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is incredibly helpful overall, there are a few things that could be improved:
Limited customization in some areas – I’ve occasionally found myself wishing for more flexibility in customizing views or task filters to match exactly how I work.
Workflow setup can feel overwhelming at first – The automation tools are powerful, but getting everything set up the first time can be a bit of a learning curve.
Reporting feels restricted unless you upgrade – Some of the more in-depth reporting features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating if you're trying to get full visibility without scaling up your subscription.
That said, these are minor in the grand scheme of what HubSpot helps me accomplish. The time savings and daily organization it provides still outweigh the drawbacks.

Hubspot has everything you can think of when it comes to sales and data analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
The contact page includes everything you could need to track a sale from start to finish. The Leads tab, the Deals tab, Book of Business tab, Activities tab, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting and data is clunky and difficult to filter because the filter options and display seem to be different for different sections within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see open deals and meetings that have sales pending is huge. No potential sale slips through the cracks, no sales are lost when they should be won. This means easier tracking of potential sales and more sales revenue.

This is by far the most user friendly platform and I have used many over my 15 years doing this.

Would love more focus on healthcare clients and companies but it is moving in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
constant touching our clients without having to use the marketing platform has been huge. healthcare servers are locked down and this has been successful in email engagement and preparing us for our meetings, etc. with clients.

Powerful Automation and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love the powerful automations and effective sequences of the HubSpot Sales Hub, which make my daily tasks much more manageable. The intuitive interface is another highlight, greatly facilitating the structuring and use of the Hub, providing a positive experience with a low learning curve. Additionally, the comprehensive dashboards and reports provide me with deep insights into my process, such as productivity metrics and sales forecasts. The integration with widely used tools like Gmail, LinkedIn, and Slack is extremely useful, keeping my workflow connected and efficient. I also value the native CRM, which complements the robust set of features of the HubSpot Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences and automations are restricted in the initial plans, costs increase as the team grows, and there is a dependency on the HubSpot ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub makes my daily tasks easier with powerful automations, analytical dashboards, comprehensive reports, and extensive integrations, reducing the learning curve thanks to its intuitive interface.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's new sales dashboards make it easy to track deals across my whole pipeline and prioritize specific tasks. It makes it very streamlined and easy to see all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit the deal score for deals - this is automatically generated but it is a super helpful visual to have. Sometimes it's inaccurate so I would love to edit it in that case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making tasks and outreach more seamless for its users. It does really help my sales process.
Quick and easy system to work on and learn
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very user friendly and easy to use. It also has a lot of features that are simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is when is goes down, which isn't very often and the problem is usually resolved right away.

It helps with assisting managers with job assignments.
Reliable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that HubSpot has everything organized between manager POV and sales POV. It is easy to toggle between the two for easy communication between departments. I use HubSpot every day, all day long while I am working with my clients. Having something that has quick customer support and doesn't lag or shuts down is a major bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does run frequent updates, I wish that they ran these updates at more convenient times rather than when I am needing to run the program. I am glad that it is updated frequently, but I'd like maybe the customer to have the option of when those updates are run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot eliminates the need for me to bounce back and forth between programs. It has my work email merged so when I set an appt with a customer it logs that I did it. When I call a customer it logs that I made that call. It eliminates some of the steps I have to do which takes time.
