Very smooth and intuitive - love the integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love keeping track of my notes, my next steps, and forecasting.
I love that it integrates with all of my sales tools (email, meetings, etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
I think associations get tagged too often - so emails and notes to contacts get tagged on all these deals they shouldn't be on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my deals, keeping notes in the right place, and ensuring I can stay on top of my deals and move them through the closed won and deployment phase with the right people.

Efficient CRM with Some Clunky Areas
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to put together message templates swiftly, which streamlines my communication process. The sequencing feature is another aspect I find helpful as it allows for efficient outreach to prospects, saving me time compared to manual tasks. Additionally, the front-facing dashboard on the home page centralizes my tools and information, making it convenient to access everything I need for managing CRM contacts and lead retrieval. I also find the automation tools incredibly beneficial, enabling me to use my time more effectively for sales outreach, ensuring that tasks are completed faster and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some aspects of HubSpot Sales Hub to be clunky, particularly in managing tasks and lead retrieval. It feels like these processes could be more efficient and concise. I wish the dashboard on the homepage was more organized, allowing me to find everything quickly and improve the efficiency of my workflow.

User-Friendly Interface and Ease of Use: Has an intuitive design and straightforward navigation. This makes it easy for sales reps to start quickly, reducing the learning curve often associated with most CRM platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with calling, most of the larger Calling platforms are costly and can not be used

Customizable, Efficient, and fast interface
What do you like best about the product?
The interface moves fast which I need with the pace of work and calls. I've used other CRM that have been laggy when more things are added. Plenty of features and customizations too with useful integrations. The phone app also works well for caller ID from clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often the interface changes. It is maybe twice per year now which can be frustrating once I get comfortable with it.

It allows great tracking of my own metrics and KPIs as well as of performance.

The automation in HubSpot is fantastic and easy to use

sometimes it's a little bit difficult to input so much information just to add a contact or company

client management is so much easier than having lists and spreadsheets- everything all in one place makes organization and scheduling easy.
It is a wonderful tool to keep track of clients

it has a huge learning curve compared to Salesforce

The time it takes to relisten to past call conversations to know how to proceed. AI gives a summary of those calls
Very intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's super intuitive compared to Salesforce. You can practically use the CRM as is from the box. Having marketing hub and sales hub in one system is super easy. Our users are finding that they can figure out how to do things more easily and can process deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's intuitive, there are limitations to this system. We have a complex selling motion so we like to have a lot of customizations which is where we hit a roadblock. But with lots of customizations also comes with technical debt when people leave.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to log emails, it is easy to track my clients, have all my information organized in one place, and it is very user friendly with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that everything has to be added via contacts, that does make it annoying when people leave or move locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my CRM system more powerful, more useful, and honestly being a lot more user friendly when switching from free agent I have noticed a big difference.
