HubSpot is user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dynamic sequences and the way that you can find out who has opened or clicked on your sequences. I also like the tasks feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, when you're creating a sequence, once you've created an email template, it takes you to the template screen instead of back to the sequence that you're creating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily keep track of my customers, my notes about each customer, helps remind me to call a lead, helps me send out sequences and keep track of who is opening or clicking on my sequences. Keeps me organized and effective!
Hubspot - The Savior
What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing thing I liked about Hubspot was its easy to use platform and the way it manages the whole POC data for me, from adding a contact to reaching out to follow ups, to closing a deal, everything is done in a single road of a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything to dislike as they have pretty amazing job. I have the extension installed in my PC and integrated with me email, so whatever email I send, I dont have to think if this would have been logged on Hubspot or not. Hubspot does this work beautifully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem my company had was of keeping the leads. Earlier we used to use Excel and other stuff which made it too much complicated for us.
Since the day hubspot of here, all we do is do reachouts and who so ever new person we reach out to, Hubspot automatically create a contact of it.
Then we can update notes, follow ups , deal estimate and everything in no time to keep the trackability of everything making it easier for us and our CEO's.

Disappointing
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intuitive process, and like that it's geared towards the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough real help. Depends too much on videos, chat help or third party providers to get things implemented and running. Very disappointing for something that is not cheap

Certain advanced filtering features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may not suit smaller teams working with limited budgets.

With Sales Hub, everything is centralized—we can easily track leads, automate follow-ups, and monitor deal progress in real time.

Hubspot Sales Hub has ease of use, reporting features needed, ease of integration, good customer support, and it fits out business model.

I just need to get a comfort for creating reports and for finding all data needed.

HubSpot is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
After using many CRM's I can confidently say that Sales Hub is the easiest way to manage your sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes get a bit messy, but most likely due to user error in my Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using HubSpot Sales Hub, our sales process was honestly a bit chaotic. We didn’t have a clear view of where deals stood, follow-ups were getting missed, and everything just felt reactive.
Since switching to HubSpot, we’ve been able to structure our pipeline properly, automate a lot of the repetitive tasks, and get way better visibility into how deals are progressing. It’s made it easier for our reps to stay on top of their outreach, and we’re actually seeing deals move faster as a result. Plus, having sales and marketing data in one place has helped us coordinate better and improve the quality of leads we’re working with.

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility it provides over our sales pipeline - in particular the ability to create dashboards to provide visual indications of KPIs
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are wanting to roll it out to more users in the business it is becoming expensive. We only have some staff who would only be light users - it would be great to have them on the platform and able to edit data but we can't justify the cost.

Providing visibility of our sales pipeline and the sales activities that are being undertaken to support that pipeline
Providing deep integrations with other HubSpot hubs for marketing and service

It's intuitive and logical in its design, so it's easy for first-time users as well as seasoned salespeople to start quickly

HubSpot increases increasingly expensive as it scales, especially with respect to adding users, contacts, or using more sophisticated features
