Great CRM - Intuitive and Built For Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand and navigate. Setting up notifications and sequences is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are cheaper options in the market, but HubSpot offers great value for money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us keep track of our funnel and revenue. It ensures that no opportunities fall throught the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it incredibly easy to manage our entire sales pipeline in one place. The automated workflows, email tracking, and customizable deal stages save us a lot of time. I especially love the real-time notifications when prospects open emails or click links—super helpful for timely follow-ups. The integration with HubSpot CRM is seamless and keeps everything organized across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get a bit steep as your team grows or if you need access to more advanced features. Some custom reporting tools also require a bit of a learning curve. It would be great if a few more features were included in the base plan.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline lead management, track deals more efficiently, and automate repetitive tasks like follow-ups and email outreach. It centralizes our sales activity, which reduces manual data entry and makes it easier to collaborate across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Gmail integration, easy for everyone to learn, highly customizable

Because it's so customizable, you really need to nail setup, otherwise changing it at scale can become really annoying- not impossible, but annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables the team to see past engagement with leads and build lists based on that engagement. For a small team, the ease of use is great.

Deals page is where I find the most value - being able to build a pipeline that reflects each stage customers are in, and move them along the board.

HubSpot overall is overly complex and not easy to use, and the customer support isn't great. I find that I have better luck asking an AI to help me with my account than a person.

I basically only use it as a CRM and for Sales Analytics - I'm not aware of any other big features that would help me.

Some of the more powerful automation features and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier plans. Also, the learning curve for setting up advanced workflows can be steep without prior experience or onboarding support.

We’ve drastically reduced manual follow-up and improved conversion rates thanks to automated sequences. HubSpot has helped us centralize our entire sales process, eliminate spreadsheet chaos, and gain real-time visibility into our pipeline. It’s also improved collaboration between sales and marketing through shared insights and tracking.

A very frequent complaint is that HubSpot Sales Hub can become expensive, especially for smaller teams or as a company scales. Many essential or advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans (Professional and Enterprise), forcing users to upgrade to access full functionality.

HubSpot Sales Hub is designed to solve a range of common problems faced by sales teams, ultimately benefiting them by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving revenue.
Hubspot as a CRM for easily tracking sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
I can track all the deals in the sales pipeline, add my notes about all the conversations I have had with the deal, and I can also manage my tasks for each deal.

Exporting list of contacts is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me in tracking all the deals in the sales pipeline, it solves the problem of missed deals, or un-touched deals. It helps in managing my tasks for all these deals and setting up an action plan for each deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm really fond of the tool's overall design and find it quite intuitive to navigate. Integrating workflows with tickets is straightforward. It's been great to witness the rollout of new features in such a brief period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I've encountered just a few problems. My biggest challenge has been linking channels to the appropriate teams. While our primary channels are functioning well, I've struggled to allocate my chatflow channel to the correct view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using HUSpot Deals as our primary source of communication with our customers and we had stuggles with our overall customer experience. Help Desk has helped us replace this older form of messaging that was less effective.
