A unified platform for inbound, outbound, and internal processes
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub has been a game changer since moving from out previous CRM. Here we are able to work cohesively as a team. We were able to implement the use of sequences and automation with our workflows. Along with being able to integrate with all the rest of our software stack. Hubspot has been critical to tracking our customer interactions as well as support tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that make it tough to use, mostly they have to do with tracking the relationship between companies and contacts. There is a lot of manual company creation that has to happen in order for a holistic view of the companies you are working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us by being able to access contact and company data without having to ask for context from coworkers. The seamless flow of information is OUTSTANDING

What do you like best about the product?
The best platform to track leads and assist with timely follow-ups. Help me track email opens and sequences, and easily identify hot leads who are opening emails and visiting our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is not permitting the sending of follow-up emails with a customized subject line. It is only using the first subject line for all emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This text seems to describe a tool or platform designed to assist with sales processes. It helps in tracking leads and sending timely email follow-ups in a sequence. It offers a single platform to manage the entire sales process on one page.
HubSpot Sales: HubSpot to Outlook Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We like HubSpot generally as a CRM. It is dynamic to different selling situations, they've made great changes recently with the sales workspace, lead pipelines, etc. It's a strong tool for the widest number of sales use cases that I have come across. Small and large companies stand to benefit greatly from HubSpot as a CRM. This is the 4th company I have used HubSpot as a CRM at and brought into the business. HubSpot is incredibly intuitive and sales reps who will use it regularly will learn it due to how it's built with common structure, logical processes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot to Outlook integration is absolutely terrible. Having ran HubSpot through Google in the past, it was seamless and worked so well. We invested heavily into HubSpot into our new company with 53 paid seats and Sales Hub at the Enterprise level. We get logged out of the Outlook HubSpot integration constantly. If the pin on the ribbon expires (regularly happens), the integration no longer works to log emails to HubSpot. These issues happen often and it's causing major issues with getting our team fully integrated and willing to use the CRM religiously like we need them to.
When we ask for help solving this core integration issue from the HubSpot team, they point to Microsoft and blame them. For other issues, we're getting articles and videos instead of a Customer Success team member to link arms and help with our issues. The Outlook integration has to be resolved. We love everything else about HubSpot, but if this issue can be resolved, we'll be having to look elsewhere for a CRM.

It tracks everything we need it to and makes it easy to do so through the desktop and app version. Our current use case is basic as we are taking sales reps who have never used a CRM and trying to get them running all activities, leads, and opportunities through it to build a clear process to get sales closed.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. People can pick up on how to use Sales Hub very quickly. I like that it doesn't require an advanced degree to understand how it works unlike some other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead object could use some love. It started out in such a good direction, but it seems like it has stayed half baked for a long time and it hasn't made the meaningful improvements I was hoping for.

Sales Hub allowed us to track our deal lifecycle and keep all of our communication with prospects and partners in one place.

It is a bit complex but good things take practice

It is combining all our tickets and is easy to manage the reports
Best CRM in the current market
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful in managing contact leads, sending them emails and mark the leads status like churn, new, untouched leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the customer support gets delayed with the responses. Rest as a user I never seen any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The managing of sales deals or if we talk about the managing your daily task makes the sales person life very easy and the moment we got onboarded managing of leads gets very easy and now I never miss anything if there is a followup or checking my monthly targets.
Amazing tool for managing Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage contacts, send follow-up emails and manage lead lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now it fulfills all of the requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in managing contacts (Leads) also allows to mark the stage of a lead like if it is new lead, churned lead, deal won.
Hubspot Solves the Problem
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot understands the need for organization. We are able to organize contacts and companies through a variety of filters. We use the platform every day and its easy to navigate. Additionally, the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports can be cumbersome to say the least and setting the platform up can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything listed above its helping our company transition from a Excel sheet to a full running CRM data base

What do you like best about the product?
It is a strong and reliable platform. It is fairly easy to use and I have used it for many years

It has become a very expensive platform and all the features that make it worthwhile now have to be paid for

It tracks all engagements wth clients (CRM) and shows me when emails have been opened as well as logs this with the customers data
Hubspot Sales Hub is the best CRM for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the Hubspot Sales Hub is one of my favorite parts of the software. After being introduced to Hubspot CRM as an SDR in May 2024, I have been a daily user and have even become certified in the software.
As a sales team with a techstack of 6+ different softwares for calling, emailing, automating outreach campaigns, generating leads, etc., integrating into Hubspot and tracking all initiatives and activities couldn't be easier.
I am glad that my company has chosen Hubspot as our Sales CRM.

Having Hubspot Sales Hub has created a centralized system for tracking and managing all Sales activities and made reporting on activities easier.
