Hubspot is by far the best CRM. Offers a great functionalities that exceeds any expectation

Hubspot in the long run, becomes really expensive to manage and to handle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on deals, automations, and opportunities are difficult to follow up. Hubspot provides the solution to allow a correct follow up

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot offers apps that link some of our other resources like apollo.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Constant Contact and Google apps. It make keeping all our leads and customers organized and in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at the moment. Going from spreadsheets and post-it notes, to a crm has been a game changer for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Sales Hub we had no way of tracking sales rep performance. Now we are able to track real data and coach to their strengths and weaknesses. We have also seen an increase in sales, since deals are less likely to fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really do like the fact that you can report on anything fairly easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s like they try to do EVERYTHING vs fixing what they already have to the best version possible. This gets frustrating because they have bits and pieces of what you need and it’s literally all over the place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easier for reps to contact customers with full engagement options and seeing the activity feed are the primary ways our sellers use this tool. Those who use their task lists really do enjoy how quickly they can call customers through the use of the list

What do you like best about the product?
The automations, the organization, the communication, the functionality, the marketing ability and much more have all been extremely helpful to our organization! Our staff appreciate how easy it is to learn and navigate. Anytime we have needed assistance on a matter, the support staff are excellent! We have integration with PandaDoc and they have been working seamlessly together.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are quite happy with the power that HubSpot Sales has. We know options are good and it just takes time to figure out best fit for the functionality but this is where the sales team at HubSpot have helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to capitalize on repeat business opportunities, as well as delivering full view to our team who manages files throughout the application process as part of our service offering to clients. Multiple personnel can be involved and the 360 degree view allows for everyone to keep a pulse on what is happening with clients. We can track very easily the communication that is sent out and action accordingly. We have noticed that our clients are appreciating the reach outs and support as a result of our visibility with the dashboards. The analytics help our business partners understand and pull reports on the different types of applications.
Simple, Automated & Easy Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I work as an account executive for a SaaS business for the last few years now and can safely say compared to all the other CRMs I have used in my sales career this is the best one.
Its ease of use to automate some work flows, filter and categorise different prospects and putting them into lists really helps keep it all in one place.
The reporting section is critical to track KPIs so you can pinpoint where you might be going wrong or need to improve.
Customer support is always handy and quick to respond when needed. I use this solution everyday and would be lost with out it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about this product, maybe apart from the fact that sometimes the dashboards are confusing to filter or the reporting dashboards are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to track emails is key - knowing when decision makers are opening emails gives you a tell when to contact them or not. Can also tell if the prospect is being honest or not about opening my emails and if they are dishonest they are not worth working with.
VERSATILE IN ITS INTEGRATIONS
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that I can integrate my suite of Microsoft products very easily, calendar, email, my page, my booking in an easy way with a couple of clicks to implement it.
It has very useful courses for the sales force which helps it become a day-to-day tool.
The free version is also very cool as it allows you to start when it's a business that just has a small sales force and then scale it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the cost. It is very high.
Once you get into the world of HubSpot, getting out becomes a bit overwhelming because you don't want to leave due to how useful and easy it is, but when you want to start scaling and using other options that are only available in the paid version, the subscription becomes unsustainable, especially when you are just starting out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in tracking tasks with leads, as we already have a base of 1000 leads, making it impossible to manage them with an Excel sheet. Our email is integrated and it shows me all the traceability from when I open a prospect and convert it into a client.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to find and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
When something is no longer under your ownership it may continue to pop up and not allow you to delete the tasks. An inconvenience when moving through tasks.

Easy to work through contacting prospects

The dashboard is pretty easy to use, not many "hidden" options.
