Sales Workspace does the recap work for you
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline Management, leads, reporting, sales workspace. Lots of options for people to work the way they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many ways to get to the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our sales teams are using it, simplifying the user experience and leadership understanding

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in meeting scheduler – I use this all the time. It syncs with my Outlook calendar and saves so much time when booking calls. I don’t have to go back and forth on availability anymore.
Templates for emails – This was a game-changer for me. I can write a message once, save it, and reuse it with a few tweaks. It’s a huge time-saver, especially when I’m reaching out to a lot of people.
Real-time activity feed – I like being able to see who’s opening emails or visiting the site. It gives me a better idea of who’s interested without being too pushy.
Templates for emails – This was a game-changer for me. I can write a message once, save it, and reuse it with a few tweaks. It’s a huge time-saver, especially when I’m reaching out to a lot of people.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little clunky at first – There’s a learning curve. Some things aren’t super intuitive, and I had to play around with it before I got the hang of everything.
The mobile app feels limited – It’s good for quick check-ins, but I can’t really do everything I want on the go. I usually wait to be back at my laptop.

HubSpot is reminding me of my target audience and giving me analysis of who is worth chasing after.

What do you like best about the product?
all the different options i can have to do different things, diferent pipelines, task in customer, its a really complete CRM

It makes me log in too many times in the same week, instead of remember my user

all in one, with the team we can work together in deals, pipelines, help center, really good and have a lot of uses
Very easy to use and user friendly and manages data efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that the automation features, like sequences and workflows, save a ton of time without manual effort. The email tracking and notifications are very helpful. We get to know the status of the email i.e., when the client opened the email. The dashboards are easily customisable and give great visibility into the pipeline, so it's easy to track deals and forecast sales. The interface is also clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to use even if you’re not super tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike of Hubspot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. All the data stored is very structured, making it easy to see at which stage each prospect stands and what needs attention.
2. The automation features (like sequences, workflows and email templates) had reduced the manual work.
3. Automated reports are very handy and they can be automated according to our need i.e. weekly, biweekly or monthly. These reports are shared via email to the specified team or members.
4. We can also save certain views which can filtered according to ur preference. These views can be made visible to others or just be kept private.
5. We can customise certain properties and cards to be showed under a contact which makes it even more easier to go through a client's info in a jiff.

Amazing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights we can get as a company, and drive meaningful decisions based on the data to help drive ARR. It has been amazing to unearth so many keep pieces of quanatative data that not only helps our sales team but how we position our products in the market as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistency at times when we have a round robin setup, and the integrations are not as abundant as we'd like to see.

Communication tracking, contact/account tracking. Deal tracking.
Great functionality, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it extremely easy for people to get visibility into their sales data. Also the fact that it has some great filters to help you sement things. You can get reports, dashbords etc within a few clicks, salesforce is a bit difficult and doesn't have that much ease of access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we don't get the level of visibility we'd like and that hampers the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With salesforce you have to buy another software just to be able to start off with the outreach, however in hubspot, they have marketing tools, sales outreach tools, and visibility.

Not clear territories of access control and no bulk out reach abilities. feels restricted for inbound motion than outbound

One single place to track activity and be responsive to prospects.

I seem to have my email unlinked occasionally and would like to prevent that.

Currently it is letting me know if the team is quickly following up with clients, we could do MUCH better!
