Hubspot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Sales Hub is the features to connect back with clients or even remind your team internally. It is amazing the reports it can generate when the right information is put in. Easy to use, implement, and integrate if your team is willing to learn. There is a learning curve your team needs to be open to doing. The online resources are great for learning. If your team is signed on and using it, it is easy to frequently use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more help in how to integrate workflows. When I go to the HubSpot talks, they talk about workflow, but I was told to contact a consultant to help build the workflow. I feel like that is a huge downside. We have one quarterly meeting and it would be great to get more help, but also understand why that is not included. WISH IT WAS THOUGH :) I feel like customer service is more sales than it is service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to streamline where we see our deals within our organization.

I like how it's a lot more flexible than Salesforce with customizing your own view and reports

I don't feel like it has as many reports/dashboards, but that could be my organization not utilizing all the features

It helps me keep track of my opportunities and contacts in deals.

NOTHING, I HAVE ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY WITH HOW WELL IT WORKD WITH OTHER APPS AS WELL

IT IS HELPING ME KEEP TRACK OF ALL BY COL CALLS PIPELINE AND THE NEXT ACTION TO PERFORM

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be the best and least favorite feature for me personally. It is not as friendly and easy to customize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps evetone so neatly organized, between updates, renewal needs, new prospective profiles, deals, even the great integrations with vendors we use [ie. pandadoc, slack, tactiq, etc]...

The app is not very user friendly. Needs more.

Sales Hub is super helpful for creating dashboards under a single view and also tracking of leads stages seamlessly.

Its not well integrated with marketing tools like socials.

I dont need to juggle between too many platforms now. All i need related to sales can be checked under one single tab anytime everytime.
For Sales-Focused Teams It Works Well But With Limits
What do you like best about the product?
We have found it easy to get set-up and running with HubSpot Sales, adding in Contacts, Companies and Deals. So as a place in which to hold all our prospects and sales contacts it is ideal. During the implmentaion process we got help from Customer Support so that was a big help in dealing with some of the teething problems.
So for the user who is working from a Diary and Excel Spreadsheet then this is an easy first step.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is very high for what you get - so be carefull with the number of users who are given access.
The other issue is that the "Sales Hub" is only intended for sales, so once your deal gets past the stage of "Deal Done" the process that follows is not handled well. So for example, we have a deal to provide 20 days consultancy over the next 3 months - all the details of the deal and the costs are held in Hubspot, but the delivery stage falls outside.
So as a planning tool it is good, but perhaps it is based on the model where the salesperson gets the signed documents and that is his job done and he/she walks away. But real life is not like that and the deal is not really closed until it is paid.

The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for scaling teams that need access to premium features.

One of the best CRMs among the big shots
What do you like best about the product?
Overall the CRM does the job of what you would export out of a CRM for sales, from filtering to updating contacts, adding notes and even reminders. The reports section is something that helps alot if your account is setup well, even the journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too difficult for newbie to setup, you might require some professional help at start.

Managing companies and contcats data and workflow from prospect to lead to customwr.
