Good experience but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all our clients information is stored in just one place. It makes it more efficient for the different teams to work (sales, administration and invoicing, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
For the invoicing process, there are many important features that we are missing and could improve efficiency:
1. No possibility to create credit notes directly from an existing invoice (workaround is creating a new invoice as credit note, which takes longer time)
2. Email templates are not embedded on the invoicing email feature; instead, you need to go to the crm email template and use it from there.
3. Automatic reminders are not possible with the starter subscription
4. 0% VAT is not working and wrongly adding a couple of cents to it, which makes it wrong from a tax point of view. Work around is to manually add lines, which again takes longer.
5. There is not much guidance when trying to leverage Hubspot. Documentation is very confusing and it's full of links bringing you here and there.
6. No possibility to connect Hbspot to our bank account to produce financial reports and dashboards directly from Hubspot.

Its helpful in your routine meetings and follow-up ,having a detail knowledge about customer.Easy for new commers to use .

we can esily find the meeting scheduled with our customer and can easily gets his previous meeting detail with leads status.

HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to stay on top of ongoing sales and deals.

Not much that I dislike, perhaps some UI things.

HubSpot has consolidated our sales efforts and made is easy to track what is going on across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is user friendly, is able to capture email and call logs in real time. The onboarding process was seamless and I was able to join my workteam and see workflows with a problem. I have experienced any issues that require me to contact customer support yet, I suppose that shows how great the software is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since usage from October, I haven't experienced any downsides that I can comment on.

It's integrates across out Website and used to schedule any appointments. Very helpful
HubSpot helps streamline collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Support Teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot, my colleagues and I are able to track lead interactions (In my case, I'm a marketer, and can automate follow-ups, and gain insights into engagement levels), this ensures that our teams are always aligned. The integration with marketing tools allows us to nurture leads effectively, and we can also create custom report to have clear visibility into pipeline health and sales performance. Integrating with the platforms we already use for marketing was simple. I'm non technical, and could handle it without having to bother the IT team. Overall, HubSpot has been quite easy to use and keeps all stakeholders from account managers to our CS team all on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges we faced with HubSpot Sales Hub was choosing the right plan when upgrading from the free version. While the platform offers a lot of powerful features, it wasn’t immediately clear which plan would best fit our team’s needs. With so many options and tiered pricing, we found ourselves debating between different plans and features, unsure of what we truly needed versus what would be nice to have. The HubSpot team did give us a trial period, however with a lot of day-to-day work we had to handle on our end, we weren't able to really make the most out of the trial period. That said, once we settled on the right plan, the value HubSpot provides has been well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps us solve key challenges around team alignment and lead management. Before using HubSpot, we weren't using a CRM at all. The process was quite manual for us with GG Sheets and it was difficult to track interactions between marketing, BD, and customer support. A lot of the time, it led to miscommunication or missed follow-ups, especially as the team was growing and as new team members join/ex-colleagues leave. Now, everything is centralized. Our account managers, marketers, and consultants can see exactly where each lead or customer stands in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that I can access it on my phone whilst on the road or my lap top whilst doing presentations and or on the road
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when you are limited for time when entering New contacts it becomes time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if used correctly & consistantly it is a great tool to record meetings presentations conversations & upcoming contact where without it it would be difficult to track down information

In terms of looking for the data by the team it's easy to find when you get to familliarize Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting with it is somewhat tiresome beacause everything is all over the place.

It makes managing sales data easier because they are all in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it easily integrates with a wide variety of applications and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version isn't much use for most users who truly have a volume of contacts to keep up to date with (which is why people seek a CRM in the first place). Definitely consider that you will need to level up the subscription.

Keeping tabs on how many people within the organization have pinged the contact already.
