Good Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Automation and the data management part

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and the support staff is fast and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only potential downside is that some of the best features are only available when you sign up for their monthly/yearly services. However, the free version is still far superior to many of the other CRMs I've tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great CRM and email tracking tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly and intuitive. The experience feels seamless across all Sales Hub features. Plus, supporting HubSpot is a breeze, making it an ideal CRM for SMBs and mid-market companies. The easy integration with other apps is another big win!
What do you dislike about the product?
The latest UI update is definitely a step in the right direction, but it’s a big change from the previous click path. It takes a little time to get used to before fully appreciating the improvements. Also, it would be awesome if HubSpot could add deal numbers like SFDC does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales is our primary CRM for Sales and it gives us a 360 view of our customer and help us seamlessly execute the customer journey with Sales, Delivery and Customer Success.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find the information you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like how I have to switch back and forth between screens to see the quote number that I just generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling customer information. I don't have to search multiple places for a lot of customer information.
Streamlined service from quote to invoice is amazingly simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Sales has it all listed from the onset of the quote to the final approval right there in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning of the detail as it may be overwhelming but once you go through it the advantages are very noticable.

Keeping a count on our proposals and where they are currently.
Hubspot is a great way to get started calling and tracking emails
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect is that without much work, you can start tracking emails as well as phone calls - including the outcome and the recording of the call. It's also really easy to track user activity on the website. You can see how long they stay on each page, where they're clicking and it generally keeps track of the user journey on your site. It's also really easy to add properties for contacts and Deals, allowing you to add a layer of customization to how you handle your prospects/users...
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is quite expensive and a little confusing. you are limited to 500 calling minutes per month and it's quite a steep climb to add any more minutes to your account. You basically have to go from paying $18/user/month all the way to $90/user/month if you want more calling minutes. Lists updating is also a bit slow, I wish there was a way to manually refresh the lists that are created. Additionally, I wish there was a way to list more properties from linked objects. For example, I have a demo-date property on a Deal. I wish that we could display the property on the Contact level as a Contact->Deal demo-date.

I've used a lot of CRMs over the years - Hubspot is very easy to use

I like how easy it is to amend screens and edit field layouts - I am non-technical, but the drag-and-drop functionlaity makes it idiot-proof.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a first-time user, with a senior position of authority, i would have hoped the vendor would take more care to ensure i am enabled.

A simple, scalable, cost-effective CRM tool

Easy to use, gives power to the rep you do not ned to be a savvy systems admin to set up reporting and pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to manage sequeces ad clandar tool for sales rep. Desiged for the user, if the user is less techincal you have to help them 1:1.

Allows me to customize and create a management system that works for my business. Don't need any special training to use the tools.

I don't think there are any downsides. There are more options than what I need.

❌ Subscription System is Frustrating – The yearly discount setup feels restrictive, and renewing to keep last year’s discount is annoying.
