What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use with a wide range of integration options. It helps me stay organized and ensures I never miss an important follow-up. It's truly an all-in-one, powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more streamlined task management options to help organize and prioritize tasks a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has improved my ability to manage a larger pipeline efficiently and close deals on time by centralizing all tasks, automating follow-ups, and integrating with other tools. This streamlines the entire process and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hubspot has the add-on for Google chrome that allows me to track emails and outreach through the SalesHub. I also like that it keeps track of emails that were sent and lets you know if they were opened/read. I also like the sequences and how easy they are to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have noticed is with the functionality. Sometimes things work and sometimes they dont. For instance, sometimes certain features disappear or reappear for not reason. I also dont really like the "landing page" functionality. You have to go 3 different places to update landing pages because you have to update the page, the emails AND the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Hubspot allows me to keep all of my record and contact data in one location. I also like that we can use the same platform for both our Marketing and our sales activities. I also really like the sequences and how easy it is to enroll or unenroll my leads.
Great Outreach and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The 'marketing email' function is very useful to connect with your contacts in one blast and the reporting data features are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing between the marketing vs sales features. Not sure why they organized it in this way. Sone Hubspot associates are confused by it too, I've been told incorrect information. Watch YouTube videos to help when you first navigate through the system.

Feature richness makes learning curve somewhat steep and UI somewhat hard to navigate.

Great overall. Accessible, easy to use, but like all things, there's room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to jump into without needing years of training, which makes it great for getting started quickly, and implement quickly. But I love how it can scale in complexity as your needs grow. You can start simple and gradually build out more advanced workflows, automations, and integrations. Plus, they keep expanding what HubSpot can do, and I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features that feel like they should be native but aren’t, which makes it seem like HubSpot hasn’t fully mastered listening to its users. Nothing major prevents us from using the software, but these little gaps can be frustrating. Thankfully, workarounds exist, but I’d love to see more attention to these details.

HubSpot Sales Hub makes our sales process smoother by automating tasks, keeping data in sync, and giving us clear insights into performance. The automation saves time by handling follow-ups, deal tracking, and workflows, so nothing slips through the cracks. Integrations with other tools ensure our data stays accurate without extra manual work.

Decent entry level CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of customisations available and a very good user interface that I find intuitive. Support has been great, it was easy to set up and get going as well. Integrating it with my website forms was easy and there's really good documentation available. I like the AI support bot as well for self-discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most useful features are locked behind higher payment tiers, which is frustrating. The compulsary one-off onboarding fee feels annoying as well as a small business I wouldn't see that ever being justifiable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Hubspot as our CRM, and it's making it easy to keep track of these and report on them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's sinks my emails with my contacts, so always easy to look regarding comunication, easy put task, can send direct meeting request with different notes. Can pull different reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so easy to pull reports especially first time, you have to go through a lot steps, which would be easier.

Tracking my CRM
Excellent, seamless Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation functionalities so seamlessly and allows for detailed customization that most other platforms only allow at a higher, more code-centric level. It's easy to use and gets you results. The implementation for Outlook and G-suite are fast and user-friendly, but if you have issues then customer support is miles more helpful than competitor platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could use a little work, especially around Sequences, but this has been an issue for a few years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to move all of the work and tracking we'd otherwise do in spreadsheets into a comprehensive platform that provides feedback on our performance and allows for easy goal monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create dashboards and find metrics. Also the UI is easy to navigate. Integrations with our stack is amazing too!

I can't think of one thing at the moment.
