Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and reporting is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I find everything perfect in Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is very easy, It is easy to track deals.
Great CRM-option for professional sales cycle management
What do you like best about the product?
With an intuitive interface, it offers broad and flexible options to manage and build your sales cycle. Besides it's easily 'linkable' to many external solutions as well, which optimizes the CRM-experience greatly. Easy to use/implement with great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricy if you want to use more options and 100% personalization will not be possible, as it's still a 'standard product', but HubSpot comes quite close to the 100% I must say. All options together can even be quite overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clear pipeline view including outstanding actions to be picked up. This centralizes all communication with our clients, which improves efficiency and 'one single source of truth' to a great extent.
Sales team was eager to get started!
What do you like best about the product?
This program is so user friendly and people are able to jump in with little to no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish features that we don't have access to in our subscription were not visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to capture all sales activity in one location.
Hubspot allows you to do all your work in one CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I can take notes and maintain all contacts in the one place. I love the integration with Gmail that I can reach a contact page when I get an email from one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not anything I dislike about Hubspot at this time.

Marketing was a challenge for us before getting on marketing hub.

it is easy to implement and user-friendly. Support answers quickly. It makes easy our day-to-day operation.

I would like to have more tools/integrations included

Easy to use, and lots of tools to help secure new business

I like just how intuitive it was. We switched from another CRM ( which I was very comfortable with) to Hubspot and I was shocked at the ease of use and how much more I enjoyed it.

I wish it was a little easier to create my own reports. I find it different than the rest of the product

When checking deals the value is only in USD. Would be nice if it was converted to CAD

Very powerful and central place for our GTM.

Lots of functionality, sometimes hard to navigate menu.

Intuitive/ easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I feel lik ewithin a few weeks I was fairly proficient at the software without much coaching/ help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywalls are simply too early, and the free trials for upgrades dont give nearly enough time to gain the confidence that upgraded features will be worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to track sales conversations/ interations and keep detailed notes about my leads.
HubSpot changed our way of Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way delivers you information around open, clicks and reactions to the emails. Support is amazing and resolves every issue within minutes. I use every day and it's really fast. And we use it with Zoom Info which is been super helpful and cost saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that it's not HubSpot fault but it gets easier for your email to go to Junk. But at the same time you can add a limit to the emails which helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics is helping us understand what they actually open and have interest on, before we didn't have information and would never change our wording, now we are constantly evolving and getting better on our opens.
