Longtime SFDC user, first time using Hubspot and I'm a fan
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hubspot compared to other CRM's is the ease of use. Some CRM's can be a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Hubspot does a good job of making it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have an issue with is running reports. So this is not on Hubspot, I just need more time in the tool to be able to run the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of tracking interaction between partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to collaborate and it organizes all of our deals. We can send out marketing emails and sequences through HubSpot and then we can see all the activity from an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our COO struggles with the reporting features on HubSpot. They wish that it was easier to report and visualize data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the issue of organizing sales efforts and it keeps a record of all of our work.
Great CRM for all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Almost all softwares integrate with Hubspot - the early choise for HUbspot has definitely paid off!

What do you dislike about the product?
The product is sometimes a bit complex. FAQs and a fast support help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all our Leads and Contacts in one place. From there on we track deals, manage quotes, invoices and also Newsletters.
Decent small-mid size business platform
What do you like best about the product?
We've actually started using Sales Hub less as time has gone on -- we find the platform to not be as flexible as other sales tools on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub lacks features of more mature platforms like Outreach and Salesloft -- user controls, standardization, and customization throughout the funnel are more difficult. This has not changed with the introduction of AI features.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves for automated sales communications.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to easily track your contacts, setup marketing and emai lcampaigns and be able to cusomise the tool accoding to your needs. Great feature is also the easy integration into other applications like outlook etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the large amount of possibilities, it can take a while to get your head around certain aspects. However, cusomter support always is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass mailing, keeping track of meetings and sales pipeline etc.

its hard to find what i want quickly, a lot of information seems superfluous and bureracratic, and I feel like with the resources you have you might as well just make the outreach features fully emcompassing

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, easy to navigate and always online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has yet to show me its limitations and offers fantastic reporting capabilities in addition to a clean view of pipe and forecast.

Hubspot enables a quick and easy to use CRM for Sales and Forecasting capabilities.
Amazing CRM, Great Value
What do you like best about the product?
The task system is the most important feature. It helps our SDRs stay on top of all the clients and never dropping the ball.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike too much. Sometimes when implementing a lot of advanced features, it's easy to mess a list up, but that's normally more user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manager all of our data for our business and it's keeping us organized so we stay on pace with sales goals, information, and helping us understand our clients better as well.
Great CRM with Smart Automation for my Sales Team.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use. The automation saves a ton of time, especially with follow-ups and reminders. The sales pipeline is well-organized, so it’s simple to track deals and see what needs attention. Also, it connects with other tools we already use, which makes everything flow better without a lot of extra work
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive, especially for small businesses trying to grow. Some of the better features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which isn’t always affordable. Also, the reporting works fine, but I wish there were more ways to customize it to fit exactly what we need.

HubSpot Sales Hub keeps everything in one place, so we don’t lose track of leads. The automation saves time on follow-ups, and the real-time pipeline insights help us close deals faster. Plus, it makes teamwork between sales and marketing a lot smoother.
HubSpot is the Key to efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
For years our team was using outdated CRM tools through other providers, and we knew we had to make a move! Hubspot was so easy to implement (we paid for a third party but I was able to do pretty much everything internally), the email tracking and sequencing tools are amazing, and it helps provide productivity insights to manage our sales team! Very impressed with HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found any downsides to HubSpot Sales Hub.

Hubspot has been a great solution for CRM, prospect engangement, and buyer intent.
