HubSpot is a decent budget-friendly option for managing a sales funnel
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is intuitive and flexible to allow an administrator to start overseeing the building of a new funnel quickly. The data is also organized well and integrations enable the overall process to be more fluid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some redundancy with adding information into fields but perhaps advancements in AI can minimize the need for it. Specialized templates for certain industries like biotechnology or pharmaceuticals would be a nice addition and minimize the time involved in customizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped solve the need for a budget friendly option that I could initially deploy at no cost, then have manageable spend as the need for access increased within my organization.
Lifeblood of our sales organization
What do you like best about the product?
Task/Call queue - ability to sort tasks by custom queue. Sequences are fairly simple to create and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you do more extensive training, it can be little confusing in regards to the difference between contacts and leads, and when to use each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of different types of calls by product and assigning meetings to different AE's automatically. Helps us make the lead assignement fair with round robin feature.
More than just a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how hubspot is able to link with our other platform like gong and twilio. I also like how hubspot has so many features that aren't just a CRM and allows me to market to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. For eaxmple when I'm searching for companies and contacts I can't filter based on task title. I think that is weird. I should be able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Instead of having to scower the web for phone numbers it allows me to have it all centralized within one platform for my ease. It also allows me to track all my deals making sure I'm staying up to date which each and every one of them.
HubSpot Sales Hub: Good Sales Tool Good Features but Price is a Barrier
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been a huge help in our sales process. We have great visibility into our pipeline so we can track deals better. Email templates and automation saves a ton of time so we can communicate consistently. Integration with our CRM brings everything together so we can see customer interactions and team collaboration. There’s a small learning curve but it’s worth it because it’s so efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to use to manage deals and tasks. Automating email followups and scheduling has been a game changer so the team can focus more on nurturing leads. Having all customer data in one place is super helpful to reduce errors and team collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets pricey as you scale or need more advanced features so not ideal for smaller teams. The lower tier plans have limited reporting so if you need more insight it can be a pain. For new users it can feel overwhelming to navigate all the tools and features but it gets better over time.

The screen can be busy at times. The user interface is not as food as Salesforce

Tracking and Dashboard, everything is managed in a process oriented way, Flexible to modify according to your daily ops.

Commerce automation fails a lot, Error on certain automation tasks related to invoicing and raisig quotes.

Nothing, I had a great experience. I would use it again .

It helped me track my tasks. I love the automation of my emails. Very easy to use.

Hubspot as that has now become just like the other hated tech companies with overcomplicated and decieteful pricing, being locked in with empty seats, and having a carousel of sales and support reps who seem to never talk to each other and not know who's on first.
I brought HubSpot to my company. I have used it other places, and convinced others to use it. You either die a hero, or live long enough to become the vilan exhibit 5000.

A great tool for Leads & Pipeline Management.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to get a very clear view of entire pipeline of customers, easily helps is managing the customer engagements with the help of auomated emails & sequences. They have a great support team in case of any issues they are always willing to ge lengths to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is on the pricier side if we compare it with other CRMs in the space & some tools can get overly complicated in terms of setup.

With hubspot we are able to track the sales funnel pipeline, close rates, activities , engagements in a very unified manner. Its very user firendly & time saver. we are also able to intergrate our sales pipeline with our app so every thing can be managed by reps in a single space.
