great product, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to use and has all the features the sales and marketing need.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for the moment, will update it if ever

Hubspot Sales Hub is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage and track you leads. It makes the whole process much quicker as well. I do not spend so much time writing out emails and gathering information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked learning it. It was not so intuitive to learn but once i did learn it, it became much easier to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hubspot is solving the managment aspect. It keeps the data in one place so that my team is able to stay up to date and not have to spend time looking across multiple softwares for the information they need. The less time they spend searching the more time they have to find new customers and help current ones.

I don't like the double authentification.

It helps me follow up with clients. I use the tasks to remind me on follow ups. I use the other feautures to work with my team. I think it is very good and I recommend it.

Easy of use. Easy to learn new uses and all the options for features.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the commercials and mails for upgrades. The integration with Outlook 365 is far from optimal. Tracking emails afterward is a real hassle. There should be an easy to use election to track mails.

Account management is bad - our rep is always on holiday.
They are so focused on AI that they are not addressing Hubspot's real issues.
Reporting and attribution is soo much more limited than Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM side of it is very easy to use. HubSpot makes handling large amounts of data very simple and easy. I always know where to find certain bits of information. It's great that you can customise fields to add custom information to make the CRM your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of the Sales Hub, there's very little I dislike. It's a bit monotonous resigning conversations to tickets if, for example, a client starts a new conversation instead of replying to your old one, but that's quite a minor niggle. I think the email builder in the Marketing Hub is very outdated, clunky, and restrictive, but I'm not sure that's classed as being part of the Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a great centralised system that keeps everything in one place. It helps enable cross-team collaboration as conversations are easily shared/seen by others. If someone is suddenly off ill, you're not stuck by not being able to pick up anything in their inbox.

Having all tools integrated and put all together in one data base is the most thing I benefit from Hubspot
