Best CRM experience
What do you like best about the product?
AI summary and reporting capabilities by AI prompts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is insufficient AI support for workflows, and I am unable to set up AI agents tailored to handle different tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting module is very helpful for tracking and analyzing sales figures.

Plus, their customer support is super responsive and always helpful when you need a hand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some people find HubSpot’s advanced features a bit tricky to learn. It’s also on the pricier side, especially for smaller businesses, and some tools can feel overcomplicated if you don’t need all its functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of managing and automating customer engagement. It handles behavior tracking and personalizes campaigns, saving you time and effort. For me, it makes it easier to track analytics and adjust campaigns, so I can focus on the business. I also think that the integrations with other tools make it super convenient.
Pleasure using Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly. i am able to see all my deals in one glance. The linkage to account or user allow me to drill and see a marco picture at company level on who and where are the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will suggest incorporating some charts. good to see at a glance opportunities for the week or activities for the week (if it is there already, i just need to familiaries myself more)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales is the lifeline of almost all companies. With Hubspot, we are able to track the sales funnel, close rate, activities, engagement with accounts and users and revenue by product and others. Data don't lie. So with all these necessary data, we are able to gain a better understanding on which product sells, the sale process or length, and other intel such as pipelines by sales rep to make corrective measures such as ramping up activities to increase pipelines etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation capabilities in the deal pipelines and how everything can be segmented and filtered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the prospecting workspace but I think it needs some work still.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of all pipelines with various product lines and tracking ARR and deal amounts for commission payouts.

the ability to send mass marketing emails, and a variety of tools

not user-friendly, the UI is clunky,and no live support for users

We changed to hubpost from another platform and I used to to keep track of marketing campaigns. Mass targeting and more customised targeting

Easy to navigate and learn the software and has multiple features that are helpful when creating campaigns for certain audiences. Easy to integrate with other apps that we use.

Could have more features for social media or tips and tricks

Hubspot helps me identify which social media platforms to post on, as well as find different customers and leads that I can reach out to.

Very easy to track and see your progress of the sales pipeline.

It is a big jump in price from Starter subscription to Professional Subscription

It saves repetitive emails by creating customised templates.

Easy to navigate and execute. Interface is sleek and modern

- Unable to export the HTML of email builds to provide it to a 3rd party eNewsletter to use.
- Unable to create camppaign folders with all assets (i.e. have to add campaign components individually)

Lot's of features that are easy to use

Everything is easy to use and easy to learn. I'm still new and learning the ropes, but it's been easy to set up

I would like to do a custom object, but paying for enterprise for this feature is excessive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our numerous customers across all markets. managing them in an excel file was difficult while we are now able to track stages seamlessly and record files and conversations.

HubSpot can be a bit confusing in the beginning, but our team was able to get use to it quickly.
