HubSpot - Quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how eay it is to use. Dashboards are easy to configure and edit. Using it everyday I wouldn't say I know how to do everything HubSpot has to offer but things like Integration to Apollo make it easy to keep track of all my activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind really - there are some componets I wish I could have but I believe HubSpot offers them and its just on our internal operations team to set up the configurations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a CRM, HubSpot does a great job at filling all gaps not having a CRM would leave us with.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for tracking recently closed deals within the sales cycle. I can quickly find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind at this time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide one place for me to find information that I need.

Sometimes it says that contact bounce globally but when I send through personal email they go through.

What do you like best about the product?
Connects everything with our CRM. We are able to work better X functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for us that everything is contact based- we'd like to be able to assign users/user info to an account without it being considered a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down silos between CX teams.
Hubspot has been great for us. Very easy to manage all our experiences in one pane of glass
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities are what I like best about Sales hub. We are able to easily create custom mods that interface with our existing infastructure to make sure all data is in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish making surveys was a bit easier for email interactions. We can easily automate surveys through chat and tickets, but not email yet!

Organizing all customer interactions to make it easy for our reps to fully understand customer needs.

Sales Hub has revolutionized the way the sales reps at my company work. It's also made it easier for marketing and sales to work together. Sequences have been a particular win.

I dislike the pricing tiers for Sales Hub seats.

The range of features it provides is suitable for various industries.

Nothing as of now, maybe the customer support can be a bit fast.
