Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to follow daily tasks, creating sequences
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update where you select filters for for searching of contacts, it became a bit more work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track on leads to call, follow up and records of prev calls
Much more user friendly than other CRMS!
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started our relationship with HubSpot, almost 1 year ago, we have really grown to love it and adapt it for our business. The new interfaces and capabilities consistently introduced have provided an immense amount of versatility to our business. We are now able to track our clients better, communicate more effectively and see where our marketing dollars are best spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still wish we could be able to integrate with the CDK DMS, however, it seems like we are adapting and seeing enough benefit that outweighs the inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were having with our previous CRM is that it is outdated and doesn't keep tabs on our customer follow up. We now have a great workflow and cadence in place for customers, allowing for both our sales team and management to be able to access all points of customer tracking, input and follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how I can easily create, filter and change all my different views. I can see all my contacts in one screen and can easily call, txt or email them from the same page. The customer support has been great and I really enjoy the constant updates and changes to make things even easier for my team. We use the reports a lot as well so I can easily see where there are challenges in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didnt have to use a third party programme to txt from. I also wish there was a calendar where myself and my team can add to all in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving how we keep track of our potential leads and customers and how we can alter our approach to our business through the analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and manueverability for its users. Reporting and deal stages are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty regularly it seems one part or another of the system is down or undergoing maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me organized, and I love that I can use the app or website.

What do you like best about the product?
Lately I have started appreciating HubSpot more as a thinking tool and not just a CRM. I like how it pushes me to be more structured in how I manage deals, follow ups, and pipelines. The task queues and deal stages have helped me be more intentional with my day instead of reacting to emails and messages. I also like how much context I can see in one place now. Having emails, calls, notes, and timelines together has changed how I prepare before reaching out to a lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I use it more deeply, I think the main challenge is guidance rather than features. There is a lot of power in the tool, but it is not always clear what the best practice is for using certain features day to day. Some workflows and reports feel like they require trial and error before they really make sense. It would be helpful to have more practical, real life examples built into the platform to show how experienced sales teams actually use these tools in their daily process.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of keeping track of leads and managing sales pipelines efficiently. Before using it, staying organized and following up with prospects was a challenge, but now everything is in one place. The automation tools make it easier to nurture leads and streamline the sales process, which saves me time and helps me close deals faster. It also provides detailed analytics, so I can see what’s working and where we can improve, ultimately boosting our team's productivity and sales performance.

Robust tool to do marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable information in terms of the the email campaings, has very valuable information about clicks, how many times has been open, click rate and more. It's good to redo campaings and make sure that I'm sharing important information and not doing spam, trying to be objective all the time. Is friendly usage, not quite need of experience.

I'll say type of pricing can be laverage and modify tools

As a business development rep, HubSpot’s Sales Hub really helps me keep track of leads, follow up on interactions, and even automates a lot of the outreach, which saves me so much time and makes sure I don't miss any opportunities. Plus, the real-time insights and reports help me focus more on the good lead.
