Great CRM to for organising lots of customers
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to keep track of lots of customers and your tasks. good integration with calls & calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
can have lots of glitches / deals going to other people

i can manage lots of customers who are at different stages of the sales process
HubSpot Review: Powerful but Challenging for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
owever, while the platform is excellent in terms of what it offers, training non-tech-savvy users can be a challenge. The interface, while feature-rich, isn’t always intuitive for those unfamiliar with complex systems. Getting the hang of workflows, reports, and integrations may require significant time and effort, especially for team members who aren’t as comfortable with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep, and while HubSpot does provide a lot of educational resources such as webinars and tutorials, these tools still may not fully alleviate the difficulty in training team members who are less tech-savvy. need to pay extra for guidance

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of understanding, I find it difficult to use similar platforms and with HubSpot it is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it seemed somewhat complex to me, the interface being new to me made it difficult to adapt, many buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The topic of automations sometimes tends to have errors; when the status of a task is changed, it feels somewhat unnatural to me, so to speak.

Automatic contact creation and mismanagement for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized email tracking from all sales team's members inbox.
Go ahead and cancel that Salesforce subscription
What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub has grown a lot over the years and really has developed into a full sales tool where you don't have to be locked into SFDC anymore. It has all the tools you need to effectively manage your sales team and sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. It's become a very robust tool and nearly every organization can benefit from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really it's helped to run full sales orgs from small 1-2 person orgs to enterprise level sales teams. It does everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is so easy to use. Its user-friendly, sales friendly, very customizable to your business and helps track deals, companies, contacts and reporting for insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was able to be a little more white labeled to feel like a company product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is what we live by. It is our CRM of choice, managing our sales and business development, ABM efforts, company and deal cycles, and weekly reporting of company pipeline.
Really simple and easy to use for sales teams to keep track of multiple deals

the ability to add in pipeline automation so that you can make sure the sales reps are inputting the same data, to ensure that reporting is accurate and the data can be passed out into other apps that are connected to hubspot

pricing can be a little high for larger sales teams, and there is a lot to learn in the platform. But, once all of those are learned its a really beneficial tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy forcasting, pipeline visibility and funnel reporting. These all make the data transparent within the platform and easy to display within different reports.

Allows for easy management of the sales process, easy tracking, reporting, and visibility across all channels.

Can be difficult for deals that have multiple service lines.

We operate on a "company" level vs. "contact" level. Some additional challenge in translating the data because of that nuance.

Ability to see and track all communications with a customer.
