What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting Workspace makes it easy for sdrs to manage workload
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly. I would recommend upgrading the ai but I believe that's in progress

Helps solve for tracking sales activity and breaking silos between marketing sales and service

Hubspot is very easy to use & new users can pick it up quickly.

You can't customize it very much & the reporting is lacking

Literally can't think of anything. The one piece of feedback would have been that I need to flip through a ton of screens to navigate contacts, deals, tasks etc. but they already fixed that with the new sales hub dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is magic for our sales force. Ever since we implemented in 2024, we have seen dramatic improvements in productivity and accountability. Most importantly, Sales Meetings are up and Deals are up.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a HubSpot admin, there are always challenges. But with the regular updates to the platform and massive innovations like Breeze, I'm rarely disappointed for long.

Accountability, Quickness of All-in-one platforming, and more!

The tools help the sales team standardize and optimize their process and allow them to be more efficient and generate more revenue.

What I dislike is that it's not used by every company in the world. It would be amazing!

It's solving a lot of time to my clients by allowing them to focus on the important things and generate more revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Insights at your fingertips, customizable workflows, sequences and contact information views. Easy to report, automatic pipeline and forecast reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
User adoption is hard moving from different systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generates company info to support contacts and serve up the right prospect info at the right time. Feed hot leads to the sales team.
Ever improving product
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Sales reps feel comfortable day 1. As an admin, I have been able to build custom cards / UI extensions on the deal object that integrate with our sales enablement platform so that the reps can create content directly from HubSpot without having to leave the CRM and open a new platform

Sequencing functionality could be improved to be more like outreach.io

What do you like best about the product?
Being part of the selection and referral to my clients for a powerful CRM+ that does not break the bank by charging small and medium sized businesses like large corporations as their user count grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the constant innovation but would love to have more integrations and Business Intelligence features that would give us more insight and connections to other existing partners widely used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issues and gifts that occur with the marketing and sales goals. Having all the signals and touch points coming into one cohesive and easy to use platfo3m has enabled my clients to ramp up faster and get to their work quickly. And then supplying them with more automation to make their lives easier as each quarter progesses.
