What do you like best about the product?
The ability to guide users with required fields and actions, as well as the ability to report effectively giving sales leaders the insights they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working on how to best customize deals for different product lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were using a home-grown system with little visibility and structure to it. Sales Hub has enabled us to put requirements in place, and data checks. It gives our sales leadership visibility that they did not have before without using multiple spreadsheets and more.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes automation super easy. personalized emails and automated follow-ups, really helps us to connect with customers at different stages of their journey. Whether it’s sending reminders or tracking leads, everything is automated to keep things moving smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
More access to customer support would be appreciated

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love managing my pipeline in HubSpot. It keeps everything organized and allows me to track each stage of the sales process seamlessly. One of my favorite features is seeing when prospects open my emails—it gives me real-time insights and helps me follow up at just the right moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative.......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub manages our entire sales organization. It centralizes leads, automates tasks, and tracks communications, boosting team efficiency and driving better sales outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of reporting, customizing, and automation. Little things make a big difference - integrations, meeting scheduling, prospecting, lead scores, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are more with out internal setup and management of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking if customer interactions, meetings scheduled, revenue tracking, customer journey tracking

What do you like best about the product?
How customizable the pipeline management is, along with sales resources for small sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution reporting is difficult to gather about leads. Wish it was offered without marketing hub

I wish marketing hub was included or packaged somehow.

It helps a lot with onboarding - with prospecting of course and its now taking the place of our Salesforce instance.

What do you like best about the product?
Having HubSpot forms embedded throughout our site allows us to collect customer information, which streamlines our sales process, as well as enables us to remarket to our more passive prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a robust tool with lots of features. It's been a learning curve learning all the features and capabilities the last 3 years. I do sometimes wish there was more dedicated support versus being shuffled around from account manager and online support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining sales process and getting rid of the manual process we once relied on.
