What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to set up and manage our sales process

I can't get my sales team to use it as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so many deals, before we had no idea what was going on with any of them. Now we do.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub keep growing and adapting to what we need for our clients.

Sometimes things change so fast that we can't keep up. But we know the tools will eventually be implemented.

It solves all of our automation and organizational issues.

a lot going on lots of updates cant keep up. Unrealistic to train entire sales teams when they are busy with clients and to incorporate and use all functions

Connected data at my fingertips. Brings together all the relvent information that enables richer conversation with our Clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really. Downside is , i wish we have started earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps track the lifecycle of oppertunties and connects all relevent data points that relate to the Client. Also helps us to connect Client interations across hundreds of interations.

What do you like best about the product?
It's much more user friendly than other sales centric CRM products. The user experience is natural and does not require extensive training to operate in. With growing and changing teams, ensuring we can get our sales members up to speed on how to work the CRM quickly is crucial to enabling them to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration is less with the Hub itself and more with the salespeople who use it, or should I say don't use it well. They tend to leave out important details. In an aspirational world, the system would auto capture these details where possible and remove the burden from our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to have our sales and marketing data integrated. Rather than having silos of information, everything can be reported on in the same place. This ensures accuracy and allows us to make better business decisions for the future.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface allowed our teams to hit the ground running without requiring deep technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The App, while it's getting better, it's still not great for our field people.

Retention
Love the tool and user experience. Only downside is synchrony with a highly customized salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely user-friendly platform. As a new-to-Hubspot admin, it has been a lot to learn, but it has been easy to gradually introduce each new tool to our team. Tons of support and knowledge base for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the reporting. I have access to almost everything, but there seem to be limitations to what data I can combine and I can't seem to run anything with a calculation (YoY or MoM, for ex). This may be my own skill limitations!
One thing I have found that I wish it had is a way to track users performance towards sales strategies. Hubspot reps have recommended Playbooks, but there isn't a way to measure progress toward the goal listed in the playbook.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team was using Salesforce before in an inconsistent (and often incorrect) way. Hubspot has had a much higher adoption and so far is cleaner data. We now have much better visibility into our teams' performance, activities, and the engagement with their accounts and contacts.
