Build for scale
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to personalize and essy to automate. If you compare with any other tool HubSpot has the right balance between out of the box and personalized

I wish sales and service seat were included in the service

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows for easy lead management, the ability to see and optimise all interactions with lead prospects in one place, and an overview of of sales success that can be understood by all teams in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to mention at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management in one place, seeing sales success at a glance, being able to use data for optimization and automation.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire pipeline review is super helpful while trying to calculate prospective business and sales goals. The option of being able to assign weighted averages to deals in the pipeline is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quoting process was better. Currently we cannot make a quote that shows a prorated total to align the contract end date, so a lot of times we are creating order forms manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the entire pipeline in one view, tracking leads and deals, and seeing the average sales cycle.
It is very easy to use and excellent support

What do you like best about the product?
We love having everything in one place for our sales team! We have been using an ERP instead of a true CRM for years, and this has been a GAME CHANGER! I love how easy the CRM is to use. It is extremely intuitive. We have most of the Hubs and its amazing how well they work together to move your business forward. Wish we had done this years ago!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dont like right now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is identifying sales activity (or the lack thereof, in some cases) which helps us as leadership to guide our sales team. It also really helps with Deals, and guiding our team thru the Deal process with customers. I LOVE the task screen - it helps the team to keep on top of their day. You know, run the day so the day doesn't run you.

Not much to be honest. We have many reasons to like it.

The segmentation of sales reps and showing goals vs actual achievement is great.
