Sales Hub Unified our Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We have Sales hub enterprise that is used by our sales team for a variety of tasks. With enterprise, we also have custom objects. We have built an entire project management process and system to be coupled with sales hub. This allows for greater transparency and efficiency from our sales team, closing deals and our operations team being able to fulfill on those promises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that HubSpot allowed for redirecting people to pages to book meetings when filling out a website form (based on conditions), not on the enterprise tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub allows us for greater efficiencies with our sales to operations handoff after a deal is closed. Conditional rules, workflows for automations, and much more help with that handoff process.
I find sales hub intuitive and extremely customizable! Perfect for my use case.
What do you like best about the product?
How easily it connects to other applications and the reporting we're able to get out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Associations can get confusing for customer service reps at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response time tracking is a big one. Which is one of our tracked goals.

Sometimes too many features come out at the same time. It takes time to learn everything

Sales hub is great at helping our team connect with our students and customers. It's functions such as calling features and tasks to do are essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I dislike anything except for the fact it has so many features it could be overwhelming.

It helps us get in contact with our students!
Super customisable
What do you like best about the product?
Super customisable , easy to navigate and best user experience

Lot of emails notifications, i get 1000 emails if i am importing 1000 contacts!!

We are able to manage our entire sales pipeline using hubspot, highly customisable, in depth reporting capabilities
Best CRM for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to get started out of the box but can scale up with you as your business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love it! Sales Hub is a terrific tool for small businesses.

Pipeline management, sales enablement, scheduling, and sequences.
Powerful tool that makes selling easier
What do you like best about the product?
I've been implementing Hubspot Sales Hub for over 5 years. Compared to other CRMs in the market, hubspot's sales hub is solid, powerful but still easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At certain points customization is limited, but it is improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub lets you implement a full sales pipeline in a day if needed. Other platforms take forever to get set up and are complicated to use.
Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user friendly for someone who has no experience with a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are endless possibilities on what can be done in the CRM but I am unaware of what could be best used for my company.

Tracking user information and activity
New HubSpot customer…so far it’s AMAZING!

The prospecting tools and new AI agents are incredible. I love being able to see all my sales data in one location.

Several different options and screens to vaigate but I'm getting there.
