What do you like best about the product?
Very good experience with the platform. It has managed to adapt well to the company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The model and the way of integrating are fine, but due to the number of brands, it has been difficult for us to scale the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate the information from the channels to be able to centralize the information and activate.

I enjoy the easy of use and how user friendly the platform is, as well as the ability to implement ai in my work.

Sometimes it feels like my send sizes can be force to be limited.

It allows me to easlessly blend my marketing execution with data analysis.

Don't like that everyone needs a sales seat even to update questions on a playbook'

I love the ability to track all of our sales activities and see them in one place. Meeting calendars, email syncs, call recordings it's all there!

There are too many things to customize it can get overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
The price is good, easy to use, layout mostly makes sense, appealing visually
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times it feel like new products/services are pushed out early to keep up with competition but they are half baked leading to issues with wanting to use them right away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot being robust and easy to use has allowed us to create several custom objects to bring the team in closer alignment using HS as our SSoT

I love the visibility it gives to the sales process and where things are for forecasting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is reliance on the sales reps using the process.

It is identifying weaknesses in our sales product and allowing us to respond in real time to solve real issues.
