What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize fields to my industry - i.e. Foodservice manufacturing. We have a lot of detailed fields that are specific to what we sell and our stages. We can customize and add as many as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the sales reporting was a bit easier and that the Dashboard could show multiple pages such as Tasks, Activities, Notes and a funnel pipeline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into large deals and activity within the sales team. Prior to HubSpot, ran sales forecasting and pipelines off of Excel spreadshets!
i like tracking the customer digital actions to be more assertive with strategies

the intuitive it is, the tasks you can save and reminders, and to know better the clients needs

i think i like im new using it and i think it is a good tool for sales teams to have better follow ups with clients

having better feedback with my clients about the commercial process and sales funel

Cutting edge, easy to navigate. Ease of use

At this time I do not have any complaints, I'm newer to the software and I'm excited to see what can be done

Hubspot sales hub is solving many issues for our company, we currently use two CRMs and are working to move fully to HubSpot

Document library is limited. Cannot insert files in email directly from the documents area.

Ensuring our sellers can reach out easily via sequences and email templates
Bending It to Our Will!
What do you like best about the product?
Despite being a customer success organization, my team has leveraged sales hub to do our work for the past year. We built pipelines, workflows, and dashboards that empower us and create clarity about where to focus our energy. Excited to shift into the CS beta in Service Hub, thank you for that, but I don't plan on giving up any part of what we do on the sales side!

More for CS specifically! I think this is going to be available in Service Hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single place to view customer activity, engagement, meetings, and conversations. Ability to see deals close to closing, and customers close to becoming part of our portfolio.

I love the personalization that you are allow to use so the product is perfect for your own business

Is expensive per user, so it can go off the budget if you have a big team

We can know if the sales team is reaching our prospects enough and in time

I still have questions about pricing and implementation.

I like the hubspot community. If there is any problems I can get great assistance from the community.

Probably SQL and mql are not 100% clear.

I like the easy to use interface and reminders. Great to log activities and create actions.
Sales technology that just works.
What do you like best about the product?
If you have a sales team HubSpot is a must have. From sequences to meeting schedulers and prospecting tools. HubSpot Sales Hub has it all!

Nothing, I think it's a great tool. I do think paid sales seats get a bit expensive but other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Activity logging. For a long time we have been using a legacy CRM system and this has opened up so much possibility within our sales team.
