What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to move ou prospects through the funnel digitally!
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity to automate the process. And nothing really!

Automating our process and clear communication for the entire team in one place.
One of the more intuitive CRMs. Great customer support if you run into any issues.
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is. If you have never worked with a CRM it can be challenging, but the walk throughs and customer support are great to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can get cluttered and a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and pipeline tracking. Easy to track and great to customize your pipelines.
Best CRM Around
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot continues to improve on that product. Real time updates on what my sales reps are doing is great for pipeline reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot almost allows too much customization and can potentially cause teams to want to change their process

Real time insites to my buyers and sales team.

I like that I can do everything in one spot- communicate with my team, my customers, and service.

I have problems with outlook staying connected to Hubspot to track emails

Ability to support my sales team and manage a ton of data to find tactical points where we an capitalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super Admins and their ability to help build out templates, snippets, and sequences for the team is extremely limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help manage the pipeline for my management team since all AE's work remote.
Easy to use and always coming out with new features.

Customer support, features, easy to use!

Wish they had more onboarding supports..

Tracking data. Able to find warm leads within our data.

We use HubSpot sales CRM and the best part is seeing all the contacts that engage with all of our content/emails in real time.

The cost is high and the creative part of the platform needs improvement.

Keeping all the leads organized with their information from all platforms, from calling to emails.
Easy to use and accessible
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the HubSpot CRM is that it is easy to understand and intuitive for all users. It requires a knowledgeable team to help in the setup, but even then you don't need to have expert implementation to put it to work for you. I have tried a number of free CRM's in the past and there was nothing like HubSpot"s product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly to make it work well in a sales organization it is helpful to have an implementation specialist. Not everyone can afford that.
