How easy it is to use and the functionality is unmatched

Has scaled with us, customer resources readily available, feels like theyre always releasing the features we were hoping for

Perhaps too many workflows are sometimes necessary to accomplish automations, these could be native feautures, but often HS is solving for this

Native quote/signing platform but the CPQ features need more flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been transforming our sales team to allow flexibility and easy data collection to be shared within our team. In a growing company with developing processes, HubSpot has been a welcome addition to our tool belt.

Nothing major to note as of yet... still early in adoption

Extracting sales data that has typically been locked with the team members.
