I've been using HubSpot sales hub my whole career. It has streamlined my day to day helping me close new business!

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to integrate multiple sales tools into one platform. The automation features save time by handling repetitive tasks like follow-ups and reminders, allowing sales teams to focus on closing deals. The email tracking and notifications provide real-time insights into when prospects engage with your emails, helping to follow up at the right moment. Plus, the built-in CRM is intuitive and keeps everything organized, while the detailed reporting offers clear insights into sales performance and progress.

I love everything. I've been using hubspot in the last 8 years.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has helped us streamline our customer prospecting process and allows are team to work far more collaboratively than other CRMs that we have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes yet, everything has worked smoothly.

It is helping us reach out to more customers more quickly.
HubSpot is so user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about HubSpots Sales Hub is it allows me to see how many people are opening up my emails, clicking, and how engaged they. The reporting feature is amazing too.

One thing I dislike about HubSpot is that it doesn't always send my emails for me.

It has solved so many issues by emailing for me at certain times so I don't have to always think about it.

Sales Hub has all the tools a rep needs to succeed and is constantly evolving to make jobs easier including innovative use of AI

Would line tk be able to implement custom guided onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of friction for our clients. By being easy to use it no only makes life easier for sales teams but also encourages HubSpot to be a single source of truth for data so other teams can use that knowledge to their advantage such as marketing.
