Helped my team turn things around
What do you like best about the product?
The automation has helped my sales team do more actual selling. We only automate things that need it, and it saves us a bunch of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a few more features - meeting links get a little unruly after folks leave the company. Being able to redirect those would be nice

We have a small team but we operate at max efficiency

Keeping our company organized. Helping convert inquiry to sales.

It is a lot initially, and it takes some time to become accustomed to it.

Ease of use for all stakeholders. Building lists manage by leads and custonner comms is great.

Learning it takes a bit of time, but it's worth it

It's easy to use and very user friendly.

Not much, everything I use in my day to day job as a Sales Engineer works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our sales pipelines and highlights when a deal hasn't been touched in a while.
Great interface for a growing Sales team unfamiliar with CRM usage
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Sales Hub has been amazing for our growing sales team. Most are unfamiliar with using a CRM as a part of their process and the system has mad adoption easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to work best when all of the applicable data lives in HubSpot and we aren't to that point yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all notes and activities in the same system.
HubSpot Sales makes it easy for my team to close deals
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have different sales pipelines with different deal stages makes it very easy for my sales team to stay organized and close deals quickly. We have also developed a custom API to push info from our deals into a separate software which cuts down on repeated work efforts for my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have trouble setting up conversions from the creation of a new contact to when that contact becomes a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows my team to all work similary and set standards of what information is required when creating deals, so that all information is always consistent across sales reps. The ability to see closed conversion rates over certain timeframes makes it easy to have a snapshot of where each rep stands.
How to be the most efficient sales rep!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easier to naviguate de plateform. With the Sales workspace I know exactly what Ihave to do and where I need to put my focus for the day to close more sales!

Not much ! In fact nothing!! I love HubSpot
