HubSpot CRM for a small sales group
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the platform is that it is very scalable. We have a very small team right now but it is set up for growth and will last us a long time. We will not have to change platforms anytime soon because of growth
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features that are only available on higher up plans and the cost difference is crazy expensive to get to that point. Would be nice if some of those advanced features would be modular based and puchases individually as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving our customer management and organization issues. Before hubspot we had no way of keep records for customers etc. We use it to schedule appointments and track notes among many other things.

Ease of acces and the integrations with most of the Workspace Apps
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are multiple tabs open the tabs take longer time to load.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean, simple UI. Not overly complex for quick reading of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility. I wish there was also a detailed description admins or creators could add to the report to help people digest and read everything on the report.

Allow us to spot check gaps in sales process and see if we are on track with modeling for our quota

Easy to learn. Information in there is correct.

Sometimes you have to dig a little for information.

What has been said to clients in the past. It keeps me from doubling my efforts.
I use HubSpot Sales daily and it is great!

Everything I need is one place with companies and contacts. I love how it syncs to my other tools seamlessly and updates tasks and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email sequence building is a little weak. We use other tools for that.

It acts as our company CRM and solves all problems around customer and contact data.

I like the features especially for saving documents and related files of the candidates. It is a user friendly application.

I do not see anything I dislike about this application.

It resolves the convenience of storing files and documents of the candidates.
Seamless slack integration with hub spot

Hubspot meeting with zapier integration to slack channel really helps us

Hubspot meeting with meeting time is not triggered in zapier integration to slack channel. Hard to find out the scheduled timing

I really cant find any other than I have to male physical notes to know what and who I called earlier in the week
