Very efficient tool to grow your sales

What do you like best about the product?
That is is very user friendly, easy to use. All functions are very thoghtful. As a sales person - makes your job easier.

I coudn't find one yet - all was good so far

A must if your marketing team is already using Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
If your marketing team is using the marketing hub, then sales hub is a must. In my previous job, sales was on Salesforce (SF) and the marketing team used Hubspot. The integrations work, but it's definitely not the same.

Like the other Hubspot Hubs, it's easy to set up and get started. Depending on your plan, you have a dedicated customer success manager and different support tiers. I prefer support by chat because you get a transcript by email to share with the team and refer back to later if need be.

It's not as powerful as SF, but this is actually an advantage because SF is far from being easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequences part lacks features and aren't intuitive. If you are working in multiple languages and markets, you cannot have different language variations for your products so you need to have duplicate entries. This makes creating quotes difficult.

If a sales rep leaves, transfering over their sequences and other assets for which they are an "owner" isn't a breeze.

There is no "outbound' part in Sales Hub so you'll need to have another tool for outreach. This is important for sales and marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is an all-in-one solution that allows our sales, marketing, and customer success to work in one tool. Everything is centralized and easy to track.

The system is designed for ease of use but doesn't miss out key CRM components. Customer support is second to none in the CRM game.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its seamless integration with the HubSpot CRM. This integration allows sales teams to efficiently track customer interactions and manage contacts without needing to switch between different platforms, significantly streamlining the workflow.

Another standout feature is the visual pipeline management. It offers a clear and intuitive view of the sales pipeline, helping sales professionals to monitor the progress of deals easily and identify potential bottlenecks in the sales process.

Additionally, the advanced reporting capabilities are a strong advantage. They enable teams to track sales performance, assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation. These features collectively enhance productivity and strategic planning for any sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Sales Hub offers numerous benefits, there are a few aspects that can be challenging. One major concern is the cost, especially as your business scales and requires more advanced features. The pricing can become quite steep, which might be a hurdle for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets.

Additionally, although HubSpot integrates with many applications and services, there can be some restrictions with specific integrations or API limitations. This can be limiting for businesses that rely on niche software that may not seamlessly connect with HubSpot.

Lastly, with its robust data tracking and reporting capabilities, there can be a risk of data overload. Some users might find it overwhelming to sift through the volume of data available and distill actionable insights, especially without the proper training or experience to navigate and utilize these insights effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub effectively addresses several challenges, greatly benefiting our sales processes. Firstly, it provides centralized customer management by integrating smoothly with HubSpot CRM. This allows us to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain comprehensive records all in one place, eliminating the inefficiencies of dealing with disparate systems.

In terms of efficiency and productivity, Sales Hub's automation features streamline repetitive tasks like follow-up emails and sequence management. This frees up our sales team's time, enabling them to focus on more strategic activities and build stronger relationships with prospects, ultimately boosting our sales performance.

Moreover, the advanced reporting and analytics capabilities offer valuable data-driven insights. We can track sales performance and assess the effectiveness of our strategies, allowing for continuous improvement. This enables us to make informed decisions based on real data, optimizing our approach and driving better business outcomes.

Good product, great support, decent updates

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to keep everything together in one place, across multiple teams. The workflows do a lot of lifting and the integrations are good. The tech support is awesome for immediate light and medium lift needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some major small things lacking that create a frustrating experience - things like subfolders are not regulated across different objects or interfaces. Changes are also often made without warning, so twice I have created team training only for an interface to change the next day or later that week and have to start from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves many issues around interfacing business databases, and allows multiple teams to worth within the same structure in order to share information. The access tiering also allows us to not only limit sensitive information, but keep the interface cleaner for those who are light-touch users.
