Customisable data insights and automations
What do you like best about the product?
it gives an overview of data that I need and has lots of customisable options. very user friendly interface

sometimes it can be overwhelming knowing where to start because of the number of options available

Tracking deals and renewals for a SaaS company. Hubspot automates the process to make it easy.
Hubspot is a gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub has been the perfect tool to bring all our details into one place for our team to collaborate and work on. Integrations into our other tools like Gmail, Xero and Monday is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some of the document tools and the e-signature settings to be limited compared to other tools i've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a source of truth for our business operations.
I cannot imagine life without Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
It's been a while since I've thought about all the ways we use Hubspot in our daily work life. So many things have become second-nature that I had to sit and think a bit about it, but my favorite features are: 1) the meetings scheduler links. WHO HAS TIME TO TALK ABOUT AVAILABLE TIMES. 2) Email logging. This has been a gamechanger as we grow our team and want to see interactions with clients to make sure we're not stepping on toes. 3) Integration with Outlook. It's not perfect, but the ability to add contacts to Hubspot, use email templates that can pull in information from records in Hubspot, etc - it's amazing. 4) Automation - we love automating as much as we can think of, and Hubspot gives you so much freedom in how you do that. 5) Reporting and dashboards - again, Hubspot is supremely customizable and I love love love the freedom I have in pulling reports.
Also, I am amazed by their Customer Support and want to know what software they use - they can give me a link that takes me to a specific paragraph in their knowledge base. It is so so helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike. I suppose I don't like it when I forget to turn off tracking emails and I receive notifications when people open an email. But I can see that feature being very helpful for other positions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we did not have a way to see our interactions with clients across our team. We also had a lot of manual tracking of deals through sales and onboarding processes. As I've said earlier, the features HubSpot has are so intuitive and helpful that I literally cannot imagine going back to my pre-HubSpot world.
Simplicity Is Often The Answer
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of HubSpot it being able to see so much information all at once, or in a centralised space. The integration is easy and the support and forum makes most problems solvable in a few, well-explained steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the the Outlook integration which constantly logs out and it's a mission to log back in so often having to go through the 2FA process. New Outlook more than Legacy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having thousands of individual client profiles at various stages of the lifecycle and HubSpot makes it easy to filter and find what you're looking for.

You can have control of each one of your leads

It works with dialpad each time I receive or make a call a new window appear with no information

They're great. The software is very intuitive and easy to use.

The pricing does get a little out of hand.

Easy to use and lots of features

I like the number of customizable fields and the ability to create your own reports for sales forecasting.

There are some features that are only available with a higher level membership and the increase in cost to the next level is pretty substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save all of our deals in Hubspot so it's really nice to have indivdual deals documented, linked to specific contacts and companies. This makes it easy to reach out once a project is complete. We have all the details of the project plus contact info all in one place.

I've been using HubSpot for managing my sales processes, and I can't speak highly enough about it! The platform has truly transformed the way I handle my prospect efforts and track sales cycle statuses. It's incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a comprehensive tool suite helping my business with sales, marketing automation and CRM. It is user-friendly and their tutorials are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to generate custom reports. Cost is a bit high for my budget.

Providing data on marketing campaign analysis leading to closed won opportunities. Portal for Sales Team's contact information, deals and status of leads and opportunities.
A Game Changer for Our Business
What do you like best about the product?
It was able to provide us a clear overview of our entire sales pipeline and sales cycle with different stages. It was easy to pull reports and have a clear vibility of different opportunities that different sales people were working on. Also if someone left the company or was on leave it was easy to see and pick up on clinet opportunities by looking through the email thread
What do you dislike about the product?
if we require more feqtures like automation, it comes with additional cost. It gets expensive too quickly

It was easy for sales team to do email follow-ups through automated emails and sequences. It was easier to build better conversations due to tracking of email and how many times the emails are being opened as well as if the links on thye emails were cliecked. This gives good indication to the sales team whether the procpects are interedted in the products and servoces
