Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
it's robust and has a lot of functionality

What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user of this crm, the UI has to be my favourite part, its simple yet comprehensive with all related details like email, calls and link-activities tracked in one page. Next is the seamless integration with outlook and sales navigator, this helps a lot with prospecting and planning next interactions with the customer. Their customer support/service is also top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dont find good is its pricing structure. It is expensive and overwhelmingly feature loaded for small teams. Some features can be introduced under the professional license too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With its automations, hubspot has helped us save big chunks of time eliminating the need for manual entry for tasks and follow ups. All the contact info is also captured automatically whenever I send new emails. With hubspot, there is no fuss in working with multiple teams, sharing and collaboration is pretty straight forward here.
Good CRM with a lot of room for improvement!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using hubspot is its simple UI, its very easy to navigate and locate all the information regarding a deal. Apart from that, their custom view dashboards and custom reports are very helpful for us. Integration with daily use apps like outlook and calendly is also pretty simple and runs smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the new UI refresh, the loading time is higher for all pages. Instead of having to scroll down to view all the acrivities, a dahboard view would have been more helpful to track the number of clicks and email opens for each account. The live chat portal needs to be improved a lot, there is no option to change the name as per we want. The learning curve is quite steep, a lot of options are there which we hardly end up using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall its helpful in providing a centralised information base, all the activities are tracked and displayed in one long page view, and its easy to share the deals and collaborate with other teams in the same organisation. For a small team, hubspot's features are plenty and pricing is affordable.
An Excellent CRM + automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the information related to a contact is easily available, regardless of who spoke or emailed, calls, notes and all the activities are tracked in one place. I use it everyday and there is rarely any confusion with deal ownership. Also, I find it slightly better than zoho which I was using previously, in terms of collaboration and dharing with other teams within my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI even after the recent refresh, it looks outdated and is often laggy when loading new pages. Another thing will be the price point, I feel it should have been slightly on the lower end especially for small teams

Hubspot has streamlined our process and the overall workflow, many of the previously manual tasks have been automated with the introduction of hubspot

A well rounded sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate and helps me keep strong control over my contacts. It automatically creates contacts from the emails I send and I get live notifications whenever they open or clicks any links shared. Outbound and inbound calls are auto logged as well, making it all easy to access the info in one place. Another plus point is the hubspot academy and the active community for seeking any help with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though being easy, I find the options too much and sometimes overwhelming as a first time user. The whole system is heavily dependent on good interent connection, everything is accessible online only, the contact's pages often take a long while to load all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations such as follow up tasks and campaign emails saves a lot of time, previously it was done manually. Apart from this, we now have a centralised dashboard/view to analyse the team performance weekly and adjust the workflow if needed.
Much easier than salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked using Hubspot as an independent professional, the setup was a breeze, and I did not have to spend a lot of time setting up all the fields to start working.

I get a lot of emails to upgrade to the higher tier , as well as using Marketing features, for which I have no use at the moment

Hubspot is very customer friendly CRM which can i use on a regular basis to review and understand my customers details and sales information.hubspot is very easy to use and has great tools and features in it. I use hubspot for my customers calling purpose and i would suggest this is the best CRM for customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Hu spot doesn't resolve my filter options. This is the one thing i really don't like about hubspot. I hope hubspot team resolves it and also it needs to improve its UI/UX very badly

Hubspot needs to be given credit for the recent improvement in my sales for the company as it is been giving me clear insights for several prospect customers and i am able fetch their details easily

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is having all the features which I want to know about my customer. Finding customer full details for my sales purpose was bigger miss I had previously but hubspot made me resolve it. Hubspot very user friendly and easy to use. This best CRM I would refer for customer support purposes. I use this for customer sales tracking on regular basis
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about the Hubspot us the calling features. As I have to call several customers at a flow sometimes I find a glitch and lag in the same table or tool. I really hope the team works on it and finds the resolution as soon as possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot resolving my customer details needs in a vast way where it gives detailed information about several customers and I am able to filter it very easily as it is very customer friendly. Hubspot gives me the access to check the data I have shared with customer from any time either it is short time or long time back. Overall hubspot is the best CRM I have used in my recent times.

The sequences can be hard to manage since you can only do sequences for companies you "own".
