User-Friendly and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it accessible for everyone without any technical hurdles. It's easy to use without needing to understand very technical functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub can be improved with a training or account manager to help us keep up with updates. There are often updates, and having guidance would ensure we are definitely up to date with the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for pipeline management, email transparency, and CRM organization, which helps us keep updated without extra communication.

Its a secure syste, with some great features once its set up

The best thing is option to view all the domains under one roof. Be it quotations, deal, payment links, support tickets, subscription, invoices etc.

It takes lot of time to load. Real time call logs are not visible at certain times.

I don't have to go anywhere else be it google calendar Or another app to schedule meetings

As a technical person with 3 cents in the opportunity/deal creation, it is essential to have a tool that does not require a learning curve - as everything is very intuitive.
Extremely easy to use for non-sales people, excellent organization of the information (and its structure).

Amazing Experience So Far
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility and support in the darshboard with the team provides are top notch, also the user friendly experience in the portal matches with expensive hubs in market, so it clearly a great choice for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any dislikes from my end but due to network lag or by server traffic, I had seen few glitches happened here and there but that was not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The performance throughout my product sales, to find improvements, corrections and a vast analysis from various dimensions helps me to understand my business even more better and makes it more controlled.

Before it was very difficult to get a proper insight to review the Sales performances, Sheduleing meeting, Etc, Now Hubspot sales Hub is solving all the issues, the real time data helps to do the better decision taking and critical thinking.
