CRM with extraordinary features and functions
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is better than other and free CRM software as it is easy to use and can be understand in a lamyman way. HubSpot CRM also has better customer support than zoho, it's easier to use, and it's a bit more versatile. It's good for email marketing as it drives a good easy to use features like live chatting with leads, scheduling on time meetings it is a versatile tool which can be used for a wide range of businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
A new person can't use it freely on the 1st day
It's a bit complicated process to learn it all and it has so many categories to cater
It's has very pricey premium plans
Cannot be used in phones as it requires high cost plans it has limited lead generation tools and full customisation of certain features are unavailable

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping in tracking each and every lead and in a very good manner it helps to keep a good track on the hot prospect and differentiate it which helps in gathering a lot of information it is a freee tool and comes with dynamic list form and live chats and is easy to setup and easy to handle
Pretty good CRM, not the best though
What do you like best about the product?
1. Reporting - we often rely on custom reports to analyse our team activity.
2.Emails - the tracking, templates as well as follow up sequences.
3. Calls - tracking as well as recording and transcript feature.
4. Simplicity - overall a friendly interface to navigate.
5. Integration - outlook and Whatsapp are pretty solid features.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation - Lot of bugs recently. outlook emails are sent twice
customer support - they got a lot of guides and community support but to connect with a real agent I haver been able to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management - our clients' information is now centralised and easy to track whenever required, by any team.
Reporting - Custom reports all the way! Never knew this was needed untill we were introduced to this.
Automation - Though glitchy, most of our manual and repetitive work is avoided with automation.

Well rounded platform for Sales Management
What do you like best about the product?
As a daily user I'm very familiar with the UI and its somewhat better than the old look. It also has a lot of features like emails and calls tracking, the notifications from the chrome extension are a blessing. Reports and dashboards view- our team uses this on a weekly basis to get idea of team performance and project numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and getting used to the interfacetakes a bit of time. Nowadays, there are a lot downtimes or issues with thrid party integration, we often get those notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than solving the problem, hubspot has made it easier for us to collaborate with multiple teams, compare their numbers and even share data. We have a unified system for tracking sales and outreach teams' performance.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user I'm really satisfied with the new ui, it's very easy to track and manage the deals, contacts and the interactions.
The automation has to be the next best thing, a lot of our manual taska are eliminated with hubspot automation. Finally, the real time notifications and email tracking, I find them very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent feature updates/changes, I feel it takes quite some time to get used to the crm. Our team was facing issues with integration with third party apps but I am not sure to which extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management, the built in lead prioritisation and segregation is very useful. And also the reports and analytics dashboard, we get a detailed performance tracking with this. It's simple to understand once familiarised.
Hubspot - better than Salesforce still needs work
What do you like best about the product?
Clean user interface, lots of integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more user friendly from a user customization perspective. Reports and views that a user thinks should be easy to generate need to be generated by our go to Hubspot person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does help me pull data and generate lists with the fields I need for outreach.

The integration with my email and calendar keeps me on top of all my deals in all the various stages.

The layout isn't exactly as user friendly as i would like.

What I like most about HubSpot is that there is email tracking. It definitely helps in effective sales.
Another great thing is the transaction panel, which is intuitive and allows you to monitor your processes in real time.
Search, also should be mentioned in the pluses, because it is simple and effective.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the limited number of industries to choose from. Unfortunately, often a given industry is not available.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the basic problem of having a CRM function in our organization. We mainly use it to track our sales activities, so we don't duplicate our work and can easily verify who is at what stage of sales.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales Hub lets you manage and track your leads across the funnel in an easy way. The platform is quite interactive and comes with a large pool of functionalities. You can create a vast array of reports which helps us to look into the trends and gain insights as to what is happening on the floor. The platform comes with a wide variety of integrations and I am exited about new integrations that is going to come in the future like HubSpot integration with LinkedIn sales navigator. Additionally, the support of HubSpot is awesome as they are capable of solving any queries that a user might have.

HubSpot can work on improving the UI a bit and can work on making it more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is a platform that I am using on a daily basis. Sales Hub let's me track all the leads, companies, deals, Activities in a single place. It helps me in tracking the performance at various cuts. It helps us in nurturing the leads and convert them into customers. Additionally, using HubSpot has made our team more efficient and productive by automating a lot of our daily tasks.
A CRM tool with powerful and extraordinary features
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about HubSpot is its user-friendly and Filter features. It's the best CRM I've used throughout my career, and I've used quite a few. In just a month of using HubSpot, I love it how it covers all the filters and data I need for client interactions. and I’m genuinely enjoying the experience. i use this CRM on a regular basis. Especially if you are switching from salesforce to hubspot you will see the major difference where hubspot has upperhand in all the details and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some mobile view issues when i try to open it via mobile. you need to change the mediaquery. The Grid is not not perfect in a mobile view. By the mobile view i meant the tables and values. calling tab is completely out of alignment. i request you to fix that. Improve the email format also.

1. it resolves my problem of filtering my regular follow ups to the customer.
2.it gives the complete team data whether it comes to calls, emails etc.
3.as i will be having lot of customers , i understand the each customers queries and responses i gave using the notes/ records option available in the hubspot.
4.after using hubspot i didn't have to use microsoft excel to track the customer details anymore.
5.The notification option of hubspot has giving the clear insight of customer name, deal type and their contact seperately. so that is very useful for me.

Overall, a Decent Platform to centralize sales activites
What do you like best about the product?
The new UI and looks has to be my favorite, as I use it on a daily basis, it's pretty easy to use and navigate around. Initially it did take me some time get used to though. Then the email tracking and real time notifications (I have installed the chrome sales extension), I find it extremely useful in sorting my propsects and contacting them. And finally, the dashboards/reports view, we have daily briefings based on this, helps us track team productivity as well as individual contribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Mobile app needs to improve, I do not find it friendly at all compared to the web based.
2. UI gets buggy/lagging when the network is not fast. Sometimes it takes a lot of time load a deal's page.
3. I hear that the team is facing lot of integration issues, a lot of my deals' propoerties go missing over time.

1. Centralise our sales process. Everything is there in one place.
2. Provides deep insight into performance and productivity. The reporting and analytics is a lifesaver.
3. New joinees are easily adapting to hubspot compared to our previous CRM
4. Automation of tasks and follow ups saves a lot of time. we don't manually mark anyuthing for follow up now.
