So far it works amazingly. There is nothing I would improve, so far.

Filtering leads is easy, I know who to call, or who not to call. I can have my follow ups nice and controlled.
Great system for pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
How easy to use it. Creating and adjusting sequences are simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the new update with the navigation on the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage our pipeline. We know where every group is at all times.
HubSpot. It's good, not great.

It's highly customizable, connects to everything and allows you to do a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slow, and has too many options. It's very hard to learn and takes too much time to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a great place to store and find data for all different groups, connecting groups and applications we use.
Makes managing data extremely easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple CRMs throughout my career, and Hubspot outperforms them in every aspect. It's used every day in my role and makes finding metrics and data so seamless. Their support team is always on call to answer any questions.

I would like to see some more advertising data being available in reports.

incredibly reliable and well designed. Organized information about your business and costumers

needs more creative freedom to personalise costumer messages

Manage a huge pipeline of costumers and organizing them
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

CRM with great capabilities for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot does everything you need it to do, it covers the basics and it's great for those who can't afford the big pricetags of salesforce. Even the free version works well for smaller companies trying to get going, and it is cabable of holding its own when budget for more software is tight. It does multiple things meaning smaller bsuinesses only need invest in one sotware. It is easy to set up, the support is good and it integrates with many things. There signiture maker is a great free tool too!

I find the UX tricky sometimes, they are making improvments but if its not set up right day one it can be hard to change it

The best platform for sales tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Each of the platform's functionalities is very useful. What I like the most is the ease of creating sales pipelines and having a visual of each of the businesses in the form of a dashboard, which you can create and drag to move to the next stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they make adjustments or updates to the platform and do not provide adequate notice.

Visualization of prospects and monitoring of commercial proposals sent.
