CRM with great capabilities for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot does everything you need it to do, it covers the basics and it's great for those who can't afford the big pricetags of salesforce. Even the free version works well for smaller companies trying to get going, and it is cabable of holding its own when budget for more software is tight. It does multiple things meaning smaller bsuinesses only need invest in one sotware. It is easy to set up, the support is good and it integrates with many things. There signiture maker is a great free tool too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UX tricky sometimes, they are making improvments but if its not set up right day one it can be hard to change it

Website visitors, cadence writing, CRM, tracking Activities, tracking deals, source of truth
The best platform for sales tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Each of the platform's functionalities is very useful. What I like the most is the ease of creating sales pipelines and having a visual of each of the businesses in the form of a dashboard, which you can create and drag to move to the next stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they make adjustments or updates to the platform and do not provide adequate notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of prospects and monitoring of commercial proposals sent.

the calling transcribe is very effective when refering back to previous calls

when you go back to the previouse page it may not go back to the right one.

Clear and action oriented profiling of your team
What do you like best about the product?
With reasonable input as team member and manager, you get a very clear and action oriented report that you can include in performance discussion.
The platform is easy to use, and the support from Uhubs team is good and easily accessible.

The user interface was a bit unclear to me in the beginning, needed to find my way around as people manager. Having both your own profile and path, next to your team's.

Having a notification at the moment of a lead opens my email is remarkable.

Easy using of deal creation and notification at the moment of a lead opens my email.

When I open an email that I sent to a lead, I get a notification as the lead opened that email.

Eliminating the excel sales funnel challenges. Facilitating the invoice preparation process.

What do you like best about the product?
The management of CRM has tremendously increased our sales and effectively track our clients. Hubspot sales hub is unique as it offers ingenious marketing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
subscription fees are high, I recommend that the platform could offer it's clients convenient pricing especially for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
since implementing the hubspot sales hub app in our marketing strategies, we have since seen increased sales turnover compared to previous years as we can now prioritize deals better and deliver through the system's tracking system.

The new reporting feauters are awesome and the integrations they added are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little pricy as compared to the options in market which are really good. Price can be competetive.

Hubspot gives us a place to track all communications and sales. This makes internal decisions easier to make.
HubSpot is a very powerful tool for anyone in sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly automated and seamlessly integrates with SeamlesAI for prospecting and PandaDocs which is my quoting tool. It makes it easy to set sales sequences and marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the training could be a little more hands onwhere we could follow along with video and interactive learning modules. But it's good enough right now.
