HubSpot is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything can be made into a link in the public domain, including files, quotes, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the cache not being cleared on personal computers makes it hard to update marketing material without creating a completely new link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has one platform for all sales functions. Very easy to keep everything in one place.

HubSpot - Game changer for CRM and Marketing & Sales Automation

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the required tools for sales in one place is amazing. Ease of use and adoption helps the team ramp up quickly. Allowing sales to work in HubSpot reduces the need to leave a CRM to use another sales tool. Customer support is simply amazing and new members have a top notch training programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub is always improving but minor tweaks to be on par with the best-of-breed sales tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and adoption by the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is stored in the same place. The ability to create flows and save manual labour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to view deal stage and lead status at the same time in Dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to recognize an exsisting customer. Nice user interface.

Would be good to be able to search the street address not just email or contact number.

How easy and user friendly it is. The sequences make life easy!

The reports featured. I would like to have simple reports that are easy to run.

Making the task of sending individual emails just a few clicks of a button.

Mobile app is not as intuitive- had to go through several steps before I could log in a deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations offered and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way it pulls the company information when creating new companies and contacts because sometimes I need to enter multiple contacts for one company but different branches which have different addresses/info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to create a separate list of follow up task because I can do it on the order I'm working on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to move contacts throughout the sales cycle! Simple and easy to understand with plenty of training videos
What do you dislike about the product?
My company needs to add more calling categories to put the contacts into. But I do know hubspot allows that so company issue not hubspot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to send zoom calendar links right through the system

I recently discovered the customized object which is veeery useful, since at my company, several teams touch the same ticket, it could become messy sometimes

friendlier dashboards, I get some challenges when trying to apply multiple filters to my dashboards

We can have all the user data in one place, and we use it as our source of truth. It's time saving and makes our processes more efficient.
