You can organize your calendar and nothing will slip through the cracks. It's also easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily monitor each deal that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't create folders for your attachment. You can't change the due dates all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the deals we handle, HubSpot allows you to track everything. You'll alwasy be on top of your deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub is easy to use and very user friendly. I use hubspot all day with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking and the integration with Gmail has been great.

I like how organized hubspot is and how it is easy to maintain your prospects through tasks.

At this moment I have no dislikes. Only thing is when hubspot logs me out if inactive.

Hubspot is helping assist with managing sales analytics and mainting a pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like building sequences and processes in Hubspot. It makes my life way easier to keep up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that, even though being a great sales tool, Hubspot lacks some basic features I have seen at much less expensive and experienced software companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps problems such as not being able to reach out to people at the right timing. Timing really matters when making a sale and being able to identify and track the correct moments to send a message out is crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the task reminder fearures.
The ability to @ mention team members is huge to communic of pertinents.

Call and text limitations / we use air call integrations and it's a great workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team management of the customer experience. This means all data for members is in one location vs independent for each department.

Contact ownership data. If an administrator owns a company and I add a contact/prospect that is attached to the company, the new contact/prospect is automatically assigned to an administrator HOWEVER HubSpot does not share which administrator the contact has been

It's easy to use and allows you to be at the top of your pipeline, providing useful insights and reporting

I can be not very intuitive and saturated with too many features if you don't know how to use it

Great CRM for sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do most sales activities inside of the platform like updating the contact properties, adding notes, calling and emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is excellent in most aspects but it can be quite tricky to get started with, not very intuitive and the best way to get around is by looking at external trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes prospecting, emailing and and cold calling more simple because you have everything inside one place, this is very beneficial for reports and just general experience.

What do you like best about the product?
As a person making his living in Sales, Hubspot is essential to my daily activity and ultimately my success. Being able to set tasks to drive activity. Then to have all the info about that prospect/customer infomation in one place. Intergration to email,calendar,linkedin,texting,meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt capture all my email communcations and log it into Hubspot. It would also be nice for screen updates to happen faster.
