Hubspot is easy to use and super powerful out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely powerful and customizable but also very easy to use and quick to get started with right out of the box. Their customer service/support is top notch. HS has an extensive marketplace of integrations that work well and are easy to implement. They also offer tons of training and academy courses - many of which can even be accessed with a free account. I use HS on a daily basis and would highly reccomend it. I am visually impaired and on top of being easy to navigate, HS works very well with my screen reading software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is on the pricier side but you definitely get alot of quality for what you pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps our team with an easy to use/implement CRM solution. We are able to track deals and all stay on the same page with them. I also frequently use sequences in Hubspot to send automated emails and complete other redundant tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
That is easy to integrate with other CRM's, dailers, and emails. It intergates fully with PhoneBurner. Hubspot Sales is able to sync between the two to keep the whole team informed and updated on status of clients and prospects by loggin in both.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of over kill. By that I mean theres just so many options that we do not need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The have updated GUI, to make it more smoth for the user. This had made logging, even easier.

There still seem to be a lot of clicks needed in order to get things done, just would like some "quick" features like "quick add" or something like that for contacts, for example

Need a CRM and way to track outreach/customer interactions

What do you like best about the product?
It´s everything that it´s good in the Sales world. I enjoy working with Hubspot and the Sales Hub is super complete, it´s super easy to use, I use it daily, the support team is great

nothing at all, it´s super easy to use, nothing to complain

They do have everything solved, it´s easy to use so I do not have any problem. Everything is great, no problem at all
