Providing tool for a quick contact with clients and have a trace for the interaction with the sales force

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of outbound tasks, and the notifications of today "to-do's" by the new Prospecting interface keeps me and my team on track to close more sale opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had nothing but a great experience so far with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives me clear visibility to daily actions and outcomes of my team, making it easy to manage our sales KPI's.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for sales folks specially b2b use case. UI, Interface, support and analytics are greater than any competitor

frequent downtime is one of the downside

Managing complex lead lists, and accounts lists is easier. analytics is very helpful

Good enough for small business
What do you like best about the product?
It gets the job done. Enough customization on the free version for our limited needs. Simple and straightforward to set up custom fields and workflows without a sophisticated revops resource.

Reporting is limited and confusing for multi-object reports.

Helps us stay on top of deal activity and make sure we are moving opps down the funnel

The HubSpot Sales Hub is userfriendly. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as of the moment. There were downtime but it would be fixed easily.

It solves about email tracking. It specifies if the email is being click and open by the lead.

Powerful Tools to Boost Sales Efficiency and Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool every day throughout our sales and marketing teams. We require complete transparency in our sales process; HubSpot has the reporting needed to accomplish this. Our reps have full access to their contacts and track activities efficiently. HubSpot also provides Lincoln Private Jets with the necessary tools to boost team effectiveness. With full reporting capabilities, HubSpot allows our business to track growth effectively with full transparency, which enables us to be nimble and responsive to market changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs can be prohibitive for startups. The support and UI are worth the extra cost, but it can be too high for some businesses to engage. The setup can be hard without a dedicated Admin in charge, but their support and knowledge center can help drive quick integrations and user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the request for our business sales results comes in, it is easy to quickly get reports that answer that need. Having full visibility through the CRM on rep activity, results, prospect engagement with emails, calls, and conversion rates 0 we can build a business plan to grow and excel. When those reports were spreadsheets with no data-driven information to back up the insights, it was a long process to digest and create an action plan. HubSpot provides actionable insights to the team and executives.
CRMs are designed to do that, but not all are as easy to optimize as HubSpot. The user interface is logical, efficient, and easy to follow.

Very easy to use, does everything I need it to, lots of integrations

Requires some learning or training to fully make use of all its features, so some time will need to be invested upfront

Allowing us to build our funnel, tracking all leads and activity, moving us away from living on spreadsheets
