The Best CRM I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
For Gen Z people entering the sales world, we know one thing - good vibes are key, and HubSpot has good vibes. To translate, HubSpot has the best UI/UX. From the ease of tracking emails, calls, and more from my inbox, to monitoring deal status, to account management automations, this thing has it all. I managemy entire day through HubSpot, and it's made me a better salesperson, partially because I'm able to see data about my performance through the reporting feature, and make measurable, reasonable goals based on that data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some downsides. I feel like one or more features can go down regularly, but HubSpot is always sure to let you know they're aware of issues and that their teams are working on fixing them. It works better in original Outlook than the 'New Outlook'. I have issues where the HubSpot window now partially covers the email instead of going to the side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a very distracted salesperson, so Sales Hub helps me stay organized and on task throughout the day.

The reporting feature offers great insight into the Sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I f you do not have a solid partner that understands your business when your HubSpot is being set up then it will be a very bad experience. Fixing a broken Hub is a nightmare.

The adaptability of the program - it can be used for most ANY industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complex program. I struggle at times with how complex the program is for reporting and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the engagement with clients is key. I personally love the feature where I can tell if a client has seen an email.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to automate processes in our lead-to-customer journey, Hubspot can make your life easier with the task assignment and the automated process you can program so many people in your organization to be informed and do their part to help our new customers and old ones.
It has a simple and friendly way to teach you when you open a new feature for the first time so my new coworkers can learn easily how to navigate the CRM.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, you can't put a form with multiple choice and a field for others that can be opened to add some text to let the lead client inform us more.
The invoice is not useful if you work in México, you can't use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can see the journey your leads and customers have with you, it's great to see they open and how much time they see your documents that were sent to them, the mail feature its powerful and helps you connect professionally and easily.
How to handle all features available in HubSpot sales
What do you like best about the product?
I've seen an improvement in the modules, from having all the info available for each contact you import, to order all the internal deals we handle in the company. Everything seems to be working smoothly, and that's something I didn't notice in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the design. I know you constantly work on changing the layers and the design of the page, but it feels I've been using the same tool for 4 years now and don't see any improvement in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know exactly, but recently I saw an update in the page design, making it more likable. I really liked it.
HubSpot is a wonderful central hub for us!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to input templates and run sales sequences. This makes prospecting such an easy, automated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I simply don't like the recent interface changes - I don't like that certain areas (like tasks) are now elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps automate dialing and recording calls. I wouldn't say that was a problem before, but to have all the data recorded and visible in one spot is immensely helpful to the broader teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is part of the entire HubSpot ecosystem. It allows the marketing and sales teams to be fully integrated. We have become more efficient and get insight into how our sales and marketing teams truly work together to get results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is the same as any other system like it - Licensing. We feel like we get nickeled and dimed to death, but it is the nature of the beast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Marketing Hub. We used to use Salesloft and didn't have the insight and intelligence we now do being on one platform.
HubSpot has helped me streamline my sales efforts to be more efficient and increase my productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot almost all day every day. It helps me manage my accounts and prospective clients to automate and remind me to follow-up and manage my communication cadence so that customers and deals do not fall through the cracks. I like that they are constantly adding new features and customization. The task view where you can roll through tasks one-by-one, the embeddable meeting calendar schedulers, and the ability to propose times in an email are some of the best quality-of-life additions they have ever made. Support is incredibly fast and I am happy to see that it has not fallen off as they have obviously grown.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features I am hoping will be implemented soon:
1. The ability to create custom SENDER tokens for personalization in sales email
2. The ability to bookmark company's and contacts I work with frequently such as my clients.
3. Mobile Ap is still clunky to navigate. I don't really know what to recommend, but the desktop is just so much easier to navigate than the mobile.
4. This is incredibly nitpicky I know but when you are entering in a new contact you can not tab through the different fields if you have any dropdowns. If you were able to, it would streamline manual data entry as you could stay just on keyboard.

Time is the killer of all deals and in my industry not being engaged and hands-on with clients will lead to cancellation. HubSpot helps me manage my accounts and prospective clients to automate and remind me to follow-up and manage my communication cadence so that customers and deals do not fall through the cracks. The ability to handle more clients and prospective clients has increased my outbound sales efforts tremendously.

If you have never worked with a CRM Og automations before, it can be hard to navigate
