The most outdated CRM system will slow you down and you will never find support
What do you like best about the product?
There is not one feature that helped with the workflow, they are a SEO and media company not a SAAS service. You will have more use out of pen and paper.
The new rules for GDPR means that the very outdated system that hubspot is using has no leverage for any use in sales workflow. overcomplicated and non-intuitive this clunky and wonky service is frustrating and terrible to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is non-existant and questions will never get answered, there is not one person to reach out to for any questions or answers, the most helpful thing is the ai bot on the homepage and al other sales reps are brainless puppets. I have seen 13 year olds create more advanced and better working Saas models than Hubspot, they are only great at doing their own SEO and purchasing other peoples media.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, Hubspot will cause you more problems than anything else in your sales pipeline, do not even consider this as an option they are the worst.
SalesHub has been great for rapidly adding new contacts and companies while I prospect.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to integrate with Seamless.AI to import companies and contacts for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it the platform could use AI to automatically create the company profile just once when I import a contact. I hate having to spend time creating the company first to add a contact to prevent duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes tracking prospecting activity much easier so I don't lose track of potential clients or leads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM offers a comprehensive suite of tools for marketing, sales, and customer service. All in one platform. Besides, it has an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for teams to navigate and use the platform effectively without extensive training. The price is more than reasonable for small companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company and contact section should be merged in one view to facilitate the management of the opportunity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a very secure, affordable and integral CRM for small businesses.
Besides, we wanted a better tool to launch our marketing campaing and a solution to embed our contact form.

Hubspot is really helpful as you can integrate it with other applications

The most helpful feature is the part where you can tasks things such call back, and emails

Do not call or no longer works in the company should be taken out automatic once tag as donot call and rip or no longer works in the company

Reminders of task and taking notes pf what you have discussed with customer

What do you like best about the product?
It's got a refreshing UI, the filter options are really good, the contacts that can be stored are unlimited, the customizations are virtually unlimited, for someone who has never used a CRM, the setup and usage is a breeze and it makes the entire process easy and seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there are a lot of paid upgrades, so one really needs to pay to make full use of the offerings, there are otehr cheaper tools available so it's difficult to pick between them and hubspot, but oevrall if they add a few more features for the free user it will make a lot fo difference. Also if they introduce a lower pricing plan it will help increase user adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is the Integrated CRM and sales approach, it helps centralize all the contacts from website, sales outreach, inbound marketing and offline marketing into one place and helps track the progress in terms of sales cycle at each contact and company level
I never thought I would say that there was a CRM that compares to Salesforce

Dashboards with multiple objects become complex
You cannot make calls to several countries (Venezuela, Ecuador, etc.)

It integrates well with everything I need to carry out my sales role effectively, including marketing, follow ups, & keeping track of deals and relationships with customers.

when quoting, it quote be a little bit more user friendly, we have to imput a lot of the information several times if re-quoting a customer or if anything changes

Much better than using a spreadsheet, keeps me on track with daily tasks and lets me know where I am against daily, weekly and monthly targets

The solution is mainstream and quite straightforward.

The tool is cheap in the beginning but they trap you in contacts you cannot get out of, worst they add on top of it without your explicit consent.
I was in the negociation with their team, while I was waiting for a counter proposal I have been renewed on a yearly plan with no discount.
Worst ! I have been engaged on add-ons they automatically added to my contract during the year so I am paying even more.
During the year I passed a number of marketing contacts (due to a mistake), they added automatically a bundle of 5000 contacts (for 1000 above threshold) and once the problem was solved they didn't remove it (no symetrical business) and they engaged me yearly on it even though I was below the threshold.
Worst way of doing business. You traped me for an extra year but trust you're gonna lose me and a lot of other businesses.
