User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly the platform is and the integrations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could upload more than 50 contacts at a time for sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is tracking sales and potential client activity.

the task tabs sometimes jump backwards for some reason between tasks but still quicker

Its helping add and store data of business's for myself to call

I can view my tasks number using relevant filters and keep a track on team members tasks so that anything do not goes unseen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags few times, requires a certain speed of internet connectivity speed and donot seems to be working smoothly.

Keeping a track on each deal being assigned to me as well as my team members which helps in delivering hassle free delivery to customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of HubSpot Sales Hub may be prohibitive for small businesses with limited budgets, especially if they do not require all the features included in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot Sales Hub, our sales processes were scattered across various tools and spreadsheets, making it difficult to track leads and follow up effectively.We didn't have visibility into how potential customers were interacting with our emails and content, making it hard to know who was genuinely interested and who wasn't. Now it has helped us centralize our sales activities in one platform, making it easy to track leads, manage contacts, and stay organized. The lead scoring feature in HubSpot Sales Hub helps us identify the most promising leads based on their engagement level and behavior, enabling us to focus our efforts on those with the highest likelihood of conversion.

Hubspot is really very easy to use. It makes the process easy.

There isn't anything which I dislike about Hubspot.

It makes the sales process very comfortable. I can manage the leads easily.
The best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Able to seamlessly organize everything under one umbrella. My days are brighter knowing that I have everything I need, and wont lose anything in the mix! Its the only CRM i will ever use or advocate any organization i am with to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Silly integrations like Kixie which sometimes glitch. But the customer support team is amazing to always help!

Best CRM out there- from a very high CRM user
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in professional sales for over 15 years and have used many CRM tools, including the best-known names in the industry. Hubspot is my preferred platform. You can't beat the ease of use with Hubspot when you're flying at 1000mph working on multiple files. Your not bogged down with required fields that stop your flow, not forced to do many of the what I call BS step that hinder what you do best and that is produce sales. It keeps you on task so files dont fall through the cracks and lets you know when clients are engaged so you know how to prioritize your follow-ups. Those are the features that salespeople love. Help me close deals and you'll have a customer in me for life.
What do you dislike about the product?
If hubspot had a better integrated texting tool that would be an improvement. The plug ins work but they could be more seamless. The ability to search w/in a text thread, like a "control F" feature, would have benefitted me many times in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of a very full calendar. High users of Hubspot typicall have large pipelines of clients and leads and the orginazation tools help you keep on top of them and dont allow for deals/client to fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom objects that are offered and how they behave next to the current objects . I like that they're working towards association tags that can help us keep better track of relationships.

The only thing would be that I can't receive inbound calls if they're from Mexico. I urgently need that feature for my team

Management of deals and pipelines for my team and management of inbound leads through forms

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Hubspot is that it integrates outreach with CRM, saving me from the long delays in synchronization that can occur and data transmission errors which are common between Outreach.io and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no back button when doing tasks, very difficult to mass edit enrollment status etc.
Not deisgned for high volume activity and slow to load.
Sequencing is not as flexible around timing as Outreach.io and requires you to delete an email task instead of being able to change whther its automated or manual, cannot use a template for manual email. Overall it's terrible for mass communication, but may be suitable for an AE.
